I had a leak in my ceiling and two guys came to my house **** ********** and his supervisor came to my r residence to form a leak detection and inspection throughout the time they were here the five minutes I was left with no papers of findings and nothing left with what they checked and said oh you have insurance will send you the bill in the mail and then they charge my card and my insurance company when they did not perform at a job with a certified leak detection person when I called the office because of the amount I was charged and the amount of time the people were here it was incredible the lady hung up on me and yelled if I didn't like it then I would have to look somewhere else but I was gonna pay the money I thought it wasn't about paying the money it was about the job that they did and the fact that they didn't come into the house and fulfill their job correctly with the certified technicians that should be Performing this job and this is the same company that's in people prior and again let me know receipts left me nothing no findings didn't leave me the report because I said I have insurance so they were going to charge my insurance what they wanted to and when I asked him to come back nobody came back either when I asked him if I could have papers no paperwork was delivered they kept everything but charge me twice I just need this to either get fixed and reimbursed because I feel like they can perform their jobs like they were supposed to
