    Be careful ordering online. Inflexible return policy. I ordered three loafers to try to "bracket" my size. $433 worth. None were a good enough fit (they run large), so started a return and ordered a fourth pair of the same shoe to see which I would keep. I held off on the return so I could ship all three of the non-fit pairs together. I was out of town when the fourth pair arrived. When I came back, I tried to return the three pairs as soon as I knew one pair fit. I was three days past the return deadline. I called and spoke to a supervisor. "No exceptions to return policy. The deadline is passed. You can sell them on PoshMark." That's $433 plus the pair that fits -- over $500. And no flexibility for being three days past the return deadline. On principal, for inflexible customer service, I won't buy ********************** again.

    I purchased a pair of shoes on sale through Vionic Shoes website, but received a different brand entirely. I promptly went of my way and returned them following their instructions. However, I was told the sale price I originally paid cannot be honored. Not only that, I had to follow up with the to ensure I received the full refund amount. **************** reponse was, "Sorry, that is our policy."

    This company has terrible customer service. I purchased some boots and returned them. I was notified that I would receive a refund to my PayPal account but they have not done that. When I call them I get a runaround and no solution . It has been over 3 weeks and now they don’t even respond . I have PayPal involved now to try and get my refund d. DO NOT ORDER FROM VIONIC!!!

    In the last two weeks I've ordered five different pairs of shoes/boots. They have all showed availability online and I received an email confirmation of my order. EVERY ONE has been canceled and I was only notified of one of them. I had to go to their website when wondering when my shoes would ship. I used Rewards Points for one of them so those Rewards are lost. This is the worst service ever!!!I would only give 1/4 of a star but the minimum is 1. They are not deserving of that, it's been very frustrating!!!

    Review is in regard to velcro strap on Amber **** sandals. velcro came loose from *****. I never had this problem with them before. this is my 3rd pair as find them very comfortable.I bought them at Dillards took the sandal back to them but they were no help or concern.Neither was Vionic customer support when I called them in fact i felt they could care less.I would have thought they would have given me info on how to repair.

    I applied for a return on March 25th 2024 for two pairs of Vionic Winny sneakers. I was told to return them - which i did and paid for shipping. I waited two weeks and contact them again to see if they received the sneakers and after multiple emails i was told I was no longer eligible for a refund. This came after many email stating my account would be credited. I had also given them my cc number to process the return. It's now June 24 - 3 months and I have not received my sneakers BACK from VIONIC. They have my merchandise and I am without TWO pairs of sneakers. They claim to be returning them but I have NOT received anything. This has been the biggest customer service SCAM and RUN-A -ROUND that i have ever received. Deplorable.I would leave no start if I could.

    Left shoe split open within a month after I received them. They refuse to replace the shoes. Instead, they want me to send the only pair of shoes I have back to them through some sketchy service. The shoes cost $100. I wish someone could help me.

    I have never had such poor customer service! I purchased a pair of ********************** online. A week after I was supposed to receive them, I called customer service. They said that there had been a "shipping" issue with a ***** label. I would have to wait 3 days to get a refund. They then offered to "********** the same shoes that I did not receive the first time (with no expedited shipping!). I asked to speak to a customer service manager. After being put on a lengthy hold, I was told none were available due to "lengthy" hold times. I then asked if a manager could call me back. Again, I was told this was impossible. I will never buy from Vionic again, which is a shame because their product is good.

    I ordered.a pair of shoes that rubbed my feet. I was able to return them after showing pictures and was supposed to receive a gift card as reimbursement. The email stating this was sent in June 2023. As of today Oct 24th I havent received it and no one will respond. Awful company!

    I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering from Vionic.I ordered $80 shoes for medical purposes.I wanted to change payment to my HSA instead of the debit card I used accidentally. I made the call within a minute of ordering. They said they could make no changes to the order at all and I would have to wait for the shoes to be shipped, send them back and wait for the refund. Or go ahead and order another pair of shoes.The customer service was terrible. No help at all.Then and upper level customer service person called me back.She was rude, insulting, talked over me, laughed at me and was zero help. She used all kinds of excuses as to why their "system" could not help me, including terms like "engineering" and "artificial intelligence". Ridiculous.I will NEVER order from this company again.
