      Absolutely no consistent sizing. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at various times. First one, size 8 fit perfectly. Second pair of size 8, fits bigger, but I wrote it off. Third pair, size 8 narrow, and my feet are swimming. I pulled out the inserts in all three to compare that I wasn't losing my mind. Sure enough, they are all different sizes...the last one being almost 1.5 inches bigger...all labeled an 8. I am not sure how this can even happen, but I'm done buying shoes from here.

      In January of ****, I puchased two pairs of shoes from Vionic. When I was checking out, their website clearly told me there were 30 day free returns and exchanges. Apparently, a different area of their website says these particular shoes are final sale with no returns or exchanges. I have a screen shot of their website telling me these shoes had free returns and exchanges. The shoes do not fit, I want to return or exchange them, but Vionic won't even talk to me. So I'm out $150.00.Conflicting information on their website. They obviously knew they were wrong because they have now changed their website and do not show the returns/exchanges information for these shoes.

      I ordered a pair of sandals that were supposed to be orthotic. They fit horribly and offered NO support. I would like to return them, but was told it is over thirty days. However they said I could make a defective product return. I tried calling the company three times and was treated rudely, the operators argued back, laughed at me and hung up on me. I can't believe how bad this company is.

      Bought some expensive orthotics sandals and the straps started falling apart. I spent 200 dollars and I cant wear the sandals. The company refuses to reimburse me or even apologize or make it right.

      I ordered shoes. My phone auto-populated with an old address. I noticed it at the last moment, but not in time. I immediately emailed the company asking to update my address. I was told I would get a response in 2-4 days. So I called and asked an agent if I can provide the correct address. I was told the shoes would need to be mailed out and then I can send them back for a refund. I told the agent the shoes are being sent to a state I no longer live in. She said that once I receive notification that the shoes are delivered, I can ask for a refund. I said that they will be delivered to a location I don't live. She said I would have to wait to file a failure-of-delivery refund request. The order was literally placed 5 minutes ago. I asked to cancel the order. The company can't do that. So now I have to pay for shoes and wait several weeks before I can get a refund. And judging by the complaints on this page, I'll be lucky if the company refunds my money.Desired settlement: I don't even want their shoes now. I just want my money back. I only want to support competent businesses.

      I ordered sneakers from Vionic they were a bad fit I tried to start a return on my iPhone as instructed but it errored I waited until today to speak to the customer service they also tried to put the rerun thru which errored she said she would try in a few days and email me but I received no assistance or to time frame when I would be refunded. This is very poor customer service and they charged my credit card $73.21 with no mention of refunding me for the defective return site for the company

      A pair of Vionic Walkers were purchased by my mother for me. Originally returned for corrective size and remediated. After hip surgery, the shoes sat for a length of time unused and new due to not being able to put on sneakers. I started using the Vionic Walkers in July, 2022 very sparingly once shoes were to be worn after surgery. The right shoe came apart at the inside of the toe and right instep area. I've sent several emails which included pictures of the shoe to ******* @ Vionics. I do not want any funds reimbursed to my mom nor a credit card credit. I request a replacement pair of the same style and size of Vionic ****** shoes. Apparently, my photos will not upload but I did send at least two photos to ************************************** via email and she confirmed receipt of them.       Ordered shoes in early December, sent a return on 12/12 via ***** (I have tracking). Return shows received but have gotten no communcations at all. Have called multiple times and they say they have not record of it. I have called the phone number at least a dozen times and only gotten a person one time who said it was too early to know anything (12/15/2022)

      I purchased a pair of slippers on Vionic's website. I had a free shipping code, which I entered. I mistakenly chose $15 shipping; why didn't it automatically apply the code? I immediately reached out through their live chat. I was told that they have a no modification, no cancellation policy once an order is placed. I will no longer purchase Vionic shoes as this is poor customer service. There are many companies out there that make orthopedic shoes that value their customers.

      Returned insoles in March, never received credit back to gift card or another gift card in mail. Company doesnt answer phones (attempted to call 800 number about 20 times past 3months), company doesnt respond to emails (emailed multiple times about order credit not received with no response.
