The ridiculous amount of text messages I've received after being on their website is insane! I have texted back STOP so many times to opt out of everything they are sending. I have had to block numbers constantly. And I never "hit" the accept loan button, obviously I am not interested.AmONE Response

There was no 'STOP' message received back after we texted you. Amone didnt tell me they couldnt approve my loan, they told me the exact opposite and transferred me to another company. The other company told me that Amone couldnt approve my loan and thats why I was transferred. Both are scams!!AmONE Response

At the start of the call, there was a brief discussion based on a couple of questions you posed to him. Unfortunately, ***** neglected to provide a background of our company including our purpose and goal afterwards. At AmONE, we are a matching service designed to provide the best financial options to our consumers. We do not approve or deny loans; we simply review our consumer's entire financial situation based on information provided then refer them to the option that would be the best overall fit. I did not apply for a loan. This company has now called me 3 times, the last 2 I told them to stop calling me, don't ever contact me again. they didnt listen. If they continue I will send an official cease & desist letter and pursue harrassment compensation in court if it comes to that.AmONE Response

I went online filled a a few simple questions and my cell number. A few moments later I received a call and I spoke with *********************************** a rep from AmOne. I was asked a few more simple questions and was informed offers would be sent to me and I was being transferred to help with my credit rating. I was never asked for my social so I assumed I was being transferred to someone who would ask for my social.I was then transferred to Credit Pros a credit help rebuild with fees and a online credit with their exclusive company that report good credit. Credit Pros rep said AmOne transferred me to Credit Pros because my score was to low for AmOne to help me. I then realized I was being scammed because AmOne never asked for my social. Not online or on the phone.I just checked my scores out the day before and know exactly what my 3 credit scores are and my FICO score is. AmOne state they can help people with a minimum 600 score. My credit scores and fico score is much higher than 600. So why was I told I'll send you offers without my social and then transferred to Credit Pros stating my score was to low to qualify?I believe this all a scam. Your better off calling directly to Credit Pros where they will charge you a fee for things you can do yourself for free.I called *********************************** and emailed asking what was going on and to call me back. No response just voice mail.Is there any businesses that are trying to help consumers? Unbelievable!!??AmONE Response

Sorry for the confusion, *****. AmONE is a loan matching service. Part of our value proposition is matching consumers to prequalified offers without the need for a hard credit pull. Since the potential lenders we match our consumers with only provide prequalified offers up front, we perform a soft inquiry without the need for a social security number. Should you decide to move forward with an offer, however, the lender would then ask for your social to perform a hard pull to lock in the offer. In your case, your Specialist, *********, noticed that your credit score was preventing you from getting better offers so he referred you to our partners at The Credit Pros to help improve it. After reviewing your current financial situation, he advised you he would send you an email containing your options then offered to transfer you to our credit repair partner to see if there was anything holding you back from receiving better offers. You replied, Alright. Remember, at AmONE, our goal is to match our consumers to their best options based on their unique financial situations. They tell you you are approved for a personal loan and then they transfer you and try to sell your information to a company that wants you to open a bank account and transfer money to and they will pay and negotiate your debts down. It's a complete scam, do not ever use them.AmONE Response

We listened to the recorded call and noted that you initially advised him you were only interested in a loan, however, agreed to hear any other options he could find for you. The option *** ultimately provided to you was a consolidation option. We did not observe him advising you that you were approved for a loan at any point during the call. Although our primary goal is to match our consumers to loan options, our ultimate goal is to provide them the best possible option for their financial situation. Sometimes that is not a loan. Emailed me that i was approved for a loan. I talked to a representative that would never give me terms or rate , just a monthly payment, It turned out to be a Debt consolidation scam which is a horrible plan. Its a shame that this young generation is so dishonest and can only get business by scamming or trickery.AmONE Response

We apologize for the confusion, *****. At AmONE, our service is designed to present consumers with their best financial options based on their situation. If it turns out that a loan is that option, we simply provide the lender's information to you; we do not actually approve the loan. That would be done between you and the lender we referred you to. That explains why our AmONE Specialist didnt provide you a rate or terms. The payment he provided was the estimated savings on your monthly bills had you moved forward with the consolidation option he provided to you. I have NEVER contacted this or any other company for a personal loan and yet I keep receiving numerous telephone calls from AmOne advising me that they can assist me with a loan. This at a minimum is a very bad business practice, doesn't appear to conform with legitimate standards and borders on harassment. Upon the next unsolicited telephone call I receive from them I will be contacting the ********************* to file a formal complaint. I can't imagine that a legitimate company would operate in such a manner.AmONE Response

Over the last 2 weeks this company has called me 23 times. I have spoken to several representatives stating I am not interested and asked them to remove my name from the call list, and they still keep calling. I have blocked at least 3 of their phone numbers, and they continue to call from different numbers. This is borderline harassment and a desperate attempt to obtain business. You definitely won't be getting mine.AmONE Response

Thanks for your feedback. We researched this situation, however, our findings do not support your review.We received an application from you on 8/27/23. Since you opted in to receive phone calls from us, we made our first call attempt on 8/28/23 at 2:00pm EST to discuss your application. This call attempt reached your voicemail, whereupon we left you a message to contact us. We made subsequent call attempts on 8/29, 8/30 and 8/31 (one call each day) and reached your voicemail each time. We made no further call attempts after that. We found no record of a live connected call between you and one of our representatives. As a result of your review, however, we have unsubscribed your application and added your number to our Do Not Call list.If something changes, please feel free to contact us. If I get another voice mail from AmOne regarding a loan, I am going to file a harassment charge and file a lawsuit against them. I am not interested and I have made that very clear previously, so they better take me off their list now. If I get one more voice mail from them, I will file that complaint immediately. I called to politely request being removed and instead of being professional and accommodating me, I got some ******** ***** named ****, who as soon as I made the request to be removed, thought it was some big joke. If that's the mentality of all the people that work for AmOne, then they can enjoy the harassment charge and a possible lawsuit as well.AmONE Response

Were sorry you were unhappy with your results, *******. We listened to the recorded call between you and our employee, ****, and agree that he should have handled the call differently. He has been coached on this. We noticed that ******, our employee you spoke to on your follow-up call, already handled your request to unsubscribe your file with us. Therefore, you should not receive any additional calls from us regarding your loan request. We have also added your number to our internal Do Not Call list. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
