      Attempted to schedule 2 appointments for On Line Covid Testing. I filled out the proper paperwork and submitted a payment. After submitting payment there was supposed to be a link to schedule my appointments however there was no link. Contact was made with On Point via email and they confirmed that the link was down and stated that someone would get back to me. They never got back to me and I had to pay for a test elsewhere due to time constraints. Now they will not answer phone calls or my emails. This company is scamming people out of money for a service that they arent completing.

      I purchased online covid 19 testing on 9/22/22 and they billed me but then the site said it could not schedule my test. The chat function was offline with no response, the email sent an autoreply, and the phone contact number hung up on me after the call tree. This is a complete scam. Do not use. It is recommended by the points guy and is a fraudulent recommendation on their part.

      I scheduled a virtual COVID testing appointment for today, 9/22/22 on 8/30/22. As you can see, I made the appointment three weeks in advance. When I logged on for my appointment this morning, nothing happened. I waited 30 minutes and no one joined the meeting. I tried calling and kept getting a message that they were busy and I should try again later and I tried sending a chat to which no one responded. This company is HORRIBLE.I am taking this test as its required by ******* and I am cruising there in 48 hours and cannot board the ship without a negative result. I do not have time to wait for OnPoint to get it together and reschedule my appointment. I submitted a request to receive my $18.99 back and was told they will not send a refund. They said they would reschedule me but as I already mentioned, I need a result quickly for travel so I ended up having to go to a local clinic to get tested. OnPoint should be glad that I am not asking them to reimburse me for the hour of work I missed having to run out unplanned and unexpectedly to a local clinic. At this point, I just want my $18.99 back.

      My wife and I scheduled COVID testing for a cruise in ******* at Onpoint testing. No one showed up to the test site. After driving 2 hours to the site and waiting for over an hour, I was finally able to reach someone at the business by phone. They informed me that they didnt have staff to do the testing that day. I asked for a refund and the have yet to give me the refund. They will not respond to emails and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone. The cost of the 2 COVID test was $138.00 my order # ******. I feel that they have no intention on refunding any of the money. The money was withdrawn on 8/2/2022 and the testing was scheduled for 8/5/2022 which they did not do. If possible can you please look into this company and see how many other people they have done this to. They are taking advantage of COVID regulations and that is not moral or right. Thank you

      On August 6, 2022, we went to the OnPoint Testing Solutions site to schedule online appointments for Covid testing. My husband put payment information in but was never able to actually set a date/time for teleservice testing as that option never showed. Payment was processed. On August 9, I spoke with representative **************, who informed me that she would send a request for reimbursement to the refund department. I again spoke with a representative over the phone on August 22 as we had not received a reimbursement on our card. I was informed the request was denied. I informed the company that I understand the website says no refunds on scheduled online testing (but there are refunds for in-person appointments). As we were never even able to schedule an appointment as again, that option never showed, OnPoint Testing Solutions is not out any costs on their end, while we have been left with a charge in the amount of $67.96 for nothing. I see that as extremely poor business practice. The company has continued to refuse reimbursement. So we paid nearly $68 to go onto their website and put our credit card information in, and that was it. OnPoint Testing has said we can use that for any future appointments but we are not interested and would just like our card to be refunded for the amount paid.Order #****** ******************************* 4 certified teleservice covid testing $67.96 Charged to card ending in ****

      I purchased 2 supervised covid tests that I no longer need as the cruise line has changed their protocols. I wouldnt have purchased these had I known they were refundable. I just want my money back

      I cancelled my two testing appointments over 3 weeks ahead of when they were scheduled. OnPoint refused to refund my money.

      I scheduled a rapid antigen covid-19 test for a cruise I was talking. I paid $138 for myself and husband for the test. In order to schedule the appointment I had to pay upfront. I did this online. I shortly thereafter the same day was that I couldn't take that test it had to be a PCR test. I cancelled my test for the antigen and rescheduled it for the **** Again paying upfront this time for $258. I called on the phone about a refund of the first test. I was told it would be processed on Monday (this was a Tuesday) and that it would then take ***** for my payment to be refunded back to my credit card. This all took place on June 7, 2022. Still no refund and when I called the same phone number I couldn't get to a person to talk to. So I emailed actually from the same email they had sent both of my payment confirmations. Finally someone told me to copy and paste a request form they sent an fill it out .I did this twice. Now I get no response at all. I did get my test I paid $258 for but I want the $138 refunded for the test I cancelled well in advance. I had my appointment for June 23, I canceled on June 7. If you can get them to refund my money that would be great but I will never use this testing business again. Thank you. *********************

      We were scheduled for 2 tests on June 15 and the person never showed up. We are trying to get our money back and they refuse to work with us to apply the money back. They say they will get in touch and have not for 2 months. This is unacceptable practices and is in the **************** location. They won't answer the phone or speak on a live chat. We need our refund as we are on a limited income and this is out right fraud and theft.
