    No stars if I could!!!!! We purchased tickets on April 27 in the amount of $1971.88 from ****** to *******, *****, leaving August 5. On July 1, we received an email that there was an itinerary change and our tickets are unconfirmed. We have spent 30 days calling this company up be passed around and around. An employee confirmed it was a mistake on their end. We leave in less that 7 days with no tickets. We were told today 7/28 to wait 3-5 business days for a call back. Weve been waiting a month for this to be resolved. Im afraid we wont have tickets and no refund from this fake, horrible company. Worst experience of my life!!!

    Terrible Experience Misleading and Dishonest!I had one of the worst experiences booking with OJOO Flights. They clearly advertised my ticket as refundable and even encouraged me to purchase their "Secure Your Money" package for peace of mind. I trusted them and paid extra for that package. But when I needed to cancel, they suddenly claimed the ticket was non-refundable!This is blatant false advertising and deceptive business practice. They lured me in with promises of flexibility and protection, only to deny any accountability when it mattered most.Customer service was equally uselessunhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to honor what they clearly promised at the time of purchase.Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and give you nothing in return. I deeply regret booking through OJOO and will never make that mistake again.

    My booking (and not the first one with Oojo) went very smoothly. The only improvement that I can think of - show not only the Oojo confirmation number but the airline confirmation number as well. Eventually I found it in another document, so it is a minor issue, but - a room for improvement.

    1 ********************************************and-Switch TacticsI would give zero stars if I could. I contacted Oojo over a week ago to change my flight from Saturday to Sunday. They confirmed it was being processed, so I trusted them to handle it. A week later, I find out they never actually made the switchno adequate communication regarding why, just lets book you on Monday instead.When I followed up, they suddenly claimed the exchange was rejected due to a price changebut only after I had to chase them down. Now, they want to charge me $800 to make the same change that was originally quoted at $250?! Their email basically said: Oops, our bad now pay us more.This isnt just unprofessionalits borderline bait-and-switch behavior. If a company messes up, they should own it and fix it, not pass the financial burden to the customer.Avoid ********************** at all costs unless you want to spend your trip chasing down basic service and overpaying for their errors and slowness.

    How can this company have a A+ rating. They are criminals. I purchased a ticket back in September/October 2024. 2-3 weeks before I could fly I found out that one of the passengers could not travel and was advised due to the instability of illness he could not travel. I immediately notify this company and they told me that they would not give me my money back and if I cancel they will basically take all my $2700 and basically give me pennies on the dollar stating there is no refund. They stated that they will have to contact the airline and it could take anytime which could be up to 2 weeks. I then called the cc company to use my benefit due to illness. Oojo told the cc company that I forfeited my ticket by not letting them know i was not going to travel. I have email clearly stating I was NOT able to travel and would not accept anything less then my full refund. Ends up that they sent me an email later that the flight either did not make it in time and was delayed several hours or something to that effect. They were informed. I could not deal with the airline themselves because I DID NOT buy the ticket from them. While dealing with the cc company who refuse to also return my money stating that I forfeited my ticket by not letting them know carrier know I would not travel. This company is a scammer. They should not be allowed to do business because of their shady business practices.

    Do not use this they are fraud company You get a ticket then they cancel it convinces You to buy care plans for few hundred to get a new ticket then live you with nothing please dont buy from them I had terrible experience with them
