What a horrible experience I had with my pets here. It was a "To good to be true" experience. The 2 vets here are clueless and with very questionable skills. Both lack the urgency of the care and never received courtesy calls backs to see how my pets were doing after all visits. That should have been that huge RED flag not to return. And to add the exit service desk personnel are just service desk assistants that are hired with zero experience working with customers and have zero basic knowledge of protocol ************** I went to picked up meds for my pets and no one gave me instructions or confirmation of the meds for my pets. Another RED flag. Finally the worst possible experience from the meds. One of my pets was over medicated by one of the vets that caused permanent health issues to my pet. Because of this, now I am forced to bring in a law suit to this place and vet(s). I am so disappointed and disgust with this place and services. It is not a place of healing and care but the worst possible care. I can imagine how many other pets have been harmed by their lack of care and knowledge. They are running a false service.
