    When we bought our home we received $10,000 in credit from our purchase but our escrow company advised the funds needed to go directly to a contractor.Our realtor recommended ****** at Extreme Electric and he was paid $10,000 directly by our escrow company for repairs to our home. Our realtor said she had used him for the same situation before. We discussed we could get the repairs done that we needed and if there was any remaining credit we would be issued a refund.****** was unresponsive and difficult to reach. On multiple occasions he scheduled appointments at our home that he did not show up for. When work was performed by ****** or contractors that ****** sublet the work to, we asked multiple times for invoices of all work being performed so that we could track how much of the funds that we were using in order to make sure that we can get all of the repairs done to our home that we needed to do. ****** advised u that he would keep us apprised of the amount that he was using. He promised to provide us invoices that he never gave us.Communication with ****** became increasingly unprofessional. When we requested invoices for work done or for him to complete the remaining work he began to disparage about his personal situation and say that he could not handle our account due to his personal difficulties.We requested to be refunded for our remaining credit with the invoices to support the refund amount. After several *********************** provided us with a single hand written invoice for $10,400 with no additional support and told us that there would be no funds issued to us.We have requested addtl documentation (invoices, receipts for materials) which ****** has that been unable to provide. Other contractors that we have consulted have advised that the work reflected in my records is approximately $5K
