      Kit worked flawlessly. Definitely need a heat gun. Be sure to remove little blue strip on back of each of the two display connectors; if you forget the touch screen will not work. Allow plenty of time. It took me about 4 hours total because my old screen was badly cracked and came off in many small pieces.

      Very impressed with the professional nature of the transaction & quality of the tools.
      On to the actual battery: had it a week, works perfectly. Not much more to be said other than…highly recommended.
      A couple things that might help: I used a Harbor Freight magnetic, rectangular tool/parts tray to keep the screws in the exact positions they were removed. I set the screws in the tray as I was removing them, incredibly helpful. Second thing I used was a pair of 3 power loops; the thing you see a jeweler or dental technician wear. Not critical but very helpful.
      This job would have taken me all of 30 minutes to complete but…the glue strips under the original battery took 6 months to remove. Ok, more like an hour and a half. I had to continuously soak the remaining glue with included solvent. Not kidding…it was tedious.
      As I said above, great product, great instructions, great company to do business with.

      I bought the refurb toolkit and it looked brand new. No marring on any of the tools, or any other signs of use. The screwdriver was surprisingly high quality. The tool assortment was perfectly suited for disassembling modern electronics (an iPad in my case).

      The IFixit toolkit and the planning tray are top notch, I am very impressed with the case and the quality, I would definitely recommend for anyone that fixes phones,computer and laptops and gaming consoles. This has everything you could need and then some

      Purchased a screen replacement kit for my Google Pixel 6a. Ifixit made it very accessible to remove and attach the new screen. Also had a good guide, there were some hiccups but nothing that couldn't be resolved with a bit of time and patience. Thank you!

      We received the W11513248 - Whirlpool Washing Machine Lid Lock Assembly (on Christmas Eve!) within 4 days of ordering . There was no problem installing it, and it worked fine. Thank you! Unfortunately, there continued to be draining issues with the washing machine that required the replacement of the control panel. We have decided to replace the washing machine and will be returning the lid lock assembly. It is still in like-new condition, as we are unable to use the washer. I will update this review after the return and reimbursement has been completed.

      The order arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I brought a refurbished Pro Texh Tool Kit and honestly it looks brand new. The build quality is amazing too. I couldn't be happier.

      Was able to install the product relatively easily with the instructions. (There was one more screw to undo than the instructions said but other than that it went well). The battery arrived with one of the tabs broken with which the battery is screwed into the computer. The three other tabs were in place so I believe it will be fine.
