      Asurion (AT&T's Insurance provider) said that my phone was a total loss and needed replacement with a $275 deductible. I bought the part I needed for 45 delivered to my house and an hour later I had a perfectly working phone. No complaints on this side (except the choice things I could say about the other companies). Top marks for iFixit.

      Everything needed was in the package. The battery replacement was straightforward and went well. I saw a couple of different procedures for calibrating the battery, there was slight difference so I followed the simpler one described on the business card. I hope it's a good one. I felt like the last battery I replaced did not last as long as it should have (I'm not sure it was from Fixit) so I hope this one is better.
      Pay close attention to which screws go where when removing the old battery. There are three longer screws that secure the battery and it looked to me like one was fatter than the other two so I put that one in the middle though any of the three appeared to fit all three positions.

      Ordered a replacement screen for one+9, they had a great writeup on the screen replacement. Was almost identical to the oem display, fitment was perfect and everything works great!
