      While only the second time I've purchased from iFixit, I have been very satisfied with the products and would shop here again if needed.
      The only issue I had this time was the terrible 3 week delay by the USPS.
      Thankfully upon contacting iFixit support (after 2+ weeks and no delivery) a replacement was sent out immediately using UPS and I received it within 3 days.
      And wouldn't you know it, the 3+ week shipment from USPS arrived the day before, which I shipped back to iFixit with provided RMA.
      So overall, while USPS fell down on-the-job, iFixit did their job admirably... customer service at it's finest!

      My replacement battery arrived in good order and a day earlier than predicted. The installation was quite simple utilizing the IFixit video as a guide. Also, it was an opportunity to clean the inside of the computer of the accumulation of years of fine dust. I appreciated the charging and startup advice provided. I was so pleased that I ordered a replacement battery for my wife's computer and will be replacing that battery as well. As with so many mechanical repairs, the battery replacement was FAR easier than anticipated. The battery life and charging times are VASTLY improved. I will certainly recommend this easy repair to anyone who is experiencing the irritation of declining power and inconsistent battery reliability.

      Battery was in perfect shape on arrival. Battery charged fast even when using the stock ps3 cord and using the ps3 as the power source.
      Controller was left on for 18 hours straight before being given a low battery warning. Even while battery was “low”, the controller remained operational for an additional 8 hours before turning off.
      Battery life in total is 26 hours, far above the original and my expectations.

      Ordered a battery for my MacBook Air late 2013 edition, and so far so good. Item was in good shape and went in easily. The online instructions were very easy to follow.

      Fantastic! Everything I needed for the repair was included in the kit. And the online instructions were very thorough. I was able to complete a difficult and painstaking repair (battery replacement of a MacBook Pro 2019) by following the guide closely and now my computer is running again.

      Quick shipping and the repair tools were decent quality. The screen I'm not sure of.
      I replaced the screen per the instructions and checked that everything was working before the final closing. After the restart there is a fairly thick white line down the right side of the screen. I reopened case and verified that the connection was solid, but it didn't resolve the issue. I reopened the case as carefully as possible, bit it still damaged the screen slightly. Anyhow unsuccessful. I was extremely careful and did everything correctly. I think pressing around the edges somehow damaged the screen, but that shouldn't have happened as the abuse of storing a phone in ones pocket is probably more severe.
      Disappointed with the outcome and the money I'm out on a product that didn't seem to work.

      I received my battery after 19 days installed it with no problem charged it to full charge + 2 hours but I receive a important battery message that battery's capacity is significantly reduced. This is the 3rd battery I have installed in this unit over the years. The last one lasted 1.5 years all of them came from iFixit.
