      They listed a mystery box for the Yard Sale and at the time of purchase, it stated medium boxes (The one I purchased), came with a Mako Driver kit and NINE Additional products. However upon receiving it I only got 7 products if you are counting things like the patch and stickers. I then went to file a support ticket and went to take a screenshot and they changed the item description. I'm still in contact with them about this but from what if seems, they don't want to do anything to make it right. Definitely the only time I'll be buying from them at this point.

      Perfect screen replacement for Pixel 6a. High-quality tools in the repair kit. Repair instructions on website (supplemented with YouTube videos) made the screen swap possible. My Pixel 6a is now functioning perfectly and looks brand new. I would not hesitate to reorder from iFixit again!

      This is probably the best kit I’ve ever bought. When it came in I used it right away on my ps4. The screwdriver and bits were all in perfect condition and everything overall was amazing.

      I found the initial package of a Surface Pro 4 order may have a faulty battery. After I sent an email to iFixit about the problem, they immediately sent me another complete order including a battery. The 50+ instruction steps on replacing the Surface Pro 4 battery is the most detailed instruction from any supplier in my experience. IFixit not only cares about customers but also the environment.
      They have notes about the disposal of electronic waste. I totally agree with the philosophy of iFixit. The more we can fix our devices, the less will go to landfill and environmental contamination. iFixit runs the best business model I have ever seen.
