This past Sunday late afternoon my neighbor's large tree fell smashing their shed and the tree remained in a very hazardous condition with possible damage to two other neighbor's property. My neighbor is elderly and I have been someone that they can count on when in need. I did not know about the tree falling until Monday morning by another neighbor as there was no one home when the tree fell. I wanted a company that I felt would be reliable and trustworthy so I went into the Better Business Bureau web site and found Valero Brothers Tree Care that had an A+ rating and called them. I spoke to Salvador Valero and explained the situation to him. He was able to come right over and assess the situation. It was dangerous because the tree could continue to come down and it actually did later that day as I witnessed it continue to come down further and damaged the shed even further. Valero Brothers came out the next morning and did an expert job removing the entire tree, cleaning every little bit of debris, and when they left you could not tell that they were even there. I do not give high ratings unless I truly feel it was deserved and in this case I have to say that I was very happy to give a 5 star rating to Valero Brothers Tree Care. One last thing I want to say is that ******** is very informative, keeps you in the loop constantly and goes that extra step to educate the customer about the tree and cause of why it fell in the first place. I made sure to get extra business cards from ******** and will gladly tell anyone I know that needs a tree care service. For what they did it was worth every *****. Thank you ****!
