On March 3rd,2022 I had financed a vehicle with San Jose Amigos. It is a 2017 Nissan Altima . I paid $*****. They sold me a lemon and faulty vehicle. I have not driven this car not even 40 miles since I've had it. The manager that sold me this vehicle said this car had no issues and I did not need warranty. Not even a month the car will not start. I told them on March 31st,2022 that the vehicle was not accelerating and it is jerking. It also shakes really bad that's why I don't use the vehicle it's not safe to be on the road. They still have not sent my paper work to DMV. Which I thought they did on the first day of my purchase per the managers words. Also they have a copy of the contract with the VIN number. Also on March 31st,2022 not even a month I had went to the dealership and they didn't care to have the car towed or for it to get checked. They had a recall at Nissan for the transmission. These people are scam artist. I want my full **** back. This was supposed to be my commuter to work but this just became a nightmare. I was sold a bad vehicle. I really believe this vehicle has not even passed smog. NO WAY! With that recall of the transmission. Please help me. The car is still sitting outside. Yes I signed a contract but it was not a good sale. They stole my money and don't care. I told them I did not want no deals with this vehicle! They said talk to the bank they don't have control no more. This vehicle I really believe can't be registered in DMV it's may 4th,2022 and it's still not registered. I have proof. Though they told me that they registered it since they sold me the car. I have not received no registration. Now there messaging me still asking for the vin and it's going to take another month to get here. This is ridiculous!
