Best Example Of Sales But No Delivery.
Our Project started in December 2020 when we signed a contract with a completion commit of 12 weeks. It's 12 months now & the project is not even half way. I don't recommend this company to anyone. No experience in Pool work, Didn't meet City requirements for documentation to get a permit (myself owner had to follow up), pool construction tremendously delayed -& excuse given that pool company suffering delays. Communication with customer is poor (they ghost us & radio silence with no communication), don't respond to phone or email.
My neighbors started their pool at the same time with Blue Water Pools & there's a larger size than ours. Their pool project has been completed since June. I am now skeptical of Quality of service. I'll update this & other reviews once project is complete.
This is horrible experience for any customer service and shouldn't be tolerated. I am writing this review to help other customers. I'll be officially submitting a consumer compliant with the License.
