No documentation on San **** Unified School District Accreditation, no confirmation of refund Background:I called wanting clear documentation that my child would receive ************ *********** (SJUSD) credits for Math Enrichment, which the representative (who I believe was at the owner, but who refused to identify himself) refused to provide, rather telling me to go to "the FAQs on the website." The FAQs are vague and non-specific, and nowhere do they mention San **** Unified. They do mention *************************************************) but they are woefully vague on how the process works to coordinate with my daughters school nor do they mention if they will show up on my daughters high school report card. He was unable to provide evidence that these courses would appear on my daughters high school transcript, and talked in generalities about 10 credits applied toward college but with no additional specificity.When I told him I needed clear documentation which showed coordination with the San **** Unified School District, he got extremely pushy, and continued to up the energy until we got into a cussing match. I asked a dozen times for him to identify himself by name, and he refused, telling me he has "been doing this for 20 years" and that I should "shut the f**k up" (he repeated this many times) because I don't know what's best for my daughter. He also would not provide the email for me to use to cancel my daughter's registration, so I had to do a ****** search and navigate to their "contact us" email form and hope this was the correct method to cancel registration. I did not receive a confirmation that the web form message was successfully submitted.I request a refund (which I have not received a confirmation of, and there is no automated email which confirms my email to the business was received).
