            Blossom Valley Care is a licensed independent living facility. I am a renter at this location and entered into a rental agreement in ***** ***** Since then I have paid my rent every month, with no issue. The rental agreement clearly states in the clause **** ", "within ten days of the due date." However, the business owner, **** ********* on *** sent a letter stating that rental agreement states it is 5 days. This is a breach of agreement and her attitude is abusive, stating, " I run this business and I call the shots." This business operates without integrity and doesn't care for laws or permits. There already is a case (#XXXXXXXXX) of illegal construction activity for this location. I need****** help in resolving the rental agreement due date issue. Also, want people to be aware of its poor quality, abusive conduct and illegal operations, so they make a well informed decision. There are mentally ill residents here who should be here and aren't served appropriately. Have all evidence.
