Really great dentist! No complaints about service or quality. The only thing that has been disappointing is their billing methods. My most recent visit they told me the Dr. would need to see me today. When I questioned why they said "oh never mind, he does not need to see you." Come to find out they were going to have me see the Dr. for an "Exam" and then charge me for that Exam out-of-pocket. They were not going to inform me that my Dental insurance was maxed out for the year and they would just present me with a bill at the end of my appointment. Additionally - I received a text from them a month ago saying that my out-of-pocket- expense was $76 because it was my third exam. I am not quite sure what they meant by that. I have double dental insurance. When I wanted to confirm that pricing today at my appointment (a month later) they told me, no that pricing was not accurate and that they would be charging me $150. When I asked why, they explained my insurance was maxed out. The only issue is that between that text I received a month ago and today I have not visited the dentist. So I am not certain how they did not know my insurance was maxed out. I paid the $150 to get the cleaning and had an incredible experience. I would advise anyone that visits this dentist to be critical of their billing practices and understand the services that they are receiving from this dentist. All that said, I could not recommend this dentist any more highly. They are thorough and catch things that no other dentist has informed me of things that *** have saved my life.
