Same as everyone else! I signed up one night and tried to dispute the automatic payments. Received a standard reply back saying they are reviewing the request. Looked at some very basic information they emailed me regarding the plan. The meal plan doesnt reflect a healthy Mediterranean diet. The recipes and instructions dont coincide, misspelled words and amounts that are not clear! I am disputing with PayPal and my bank.

I saw the MediEats Instagram ad for a personalized Mediterranean diet plan and decided to give it a try. After taking a quiz, I was prompted to enter my credit card information which is necessary in order to view the results. I paid $89 and received a bunch of PDFs with recipes and food trackers, etc. nothing that I found useful or beneficial to my health journey. The next morning, I emailed their support team requesting a refund. I was informed by ******** that they will cancel the auto renewals but I couldn't get my $89 back as based on their refund policy I received the product and referred me to their online policy: *******************************************************, which states you need to follow their program for at least 10 consecutive days and demonstrate you completed at least 7 workout sessions from your 1st-week beginners guide and provide pictures of 10 days following the meal plan. ****** responded that their decision was "final and non-negotiable".I exchanged several emails with ******, who claimed to be the program manager. I also asked for a contact number to speak with a customer support manager directly but was told that support was only available via email. ****** told me I could email her any questions I had so I sent an email asking for the company's location, the founder's name, and the credentials of the experts who designed my program, but never received a response.I also filed a dispute with my bank. After that, I did receive a refund from MediEats for $89, but I never heard from them again and my questions left unanswered. I also reported them on Instagram.

Same story as everyone else. This company signs you up for auto renew and then will not refund if you want to cancel. Might be a scam, but definitely not a reputable business practice.

I don't remember ever signing up for a subscription with the company and think $69/month is an outrageous price for... I'm not sure what! A meal plan!?? I want the subscription canceled ASAP. I'm retired and can't afford something that I don't want. I've contacted them and am hoping my request is successful... SOON.

Same story as everyone else. I was charged 2 $69 fees months apart with no refund. Currently in dialog with them about a refund. Theyre hiding behind Our system cannot issue refunds on automatic payments. Oh? Does your system have a way to take that money and make it spendable by you? Then, its also possible for you to give me my money back! I dont care if its a paper check. Dont trust or do business with them!

They refuse to refund your money when they automatically renew without giving any notice. I will go to my credit card company to see if they will deny the payment.******************

Similar complaint to many here: my subscription auto renewed at the end of my original trial meal plan without any notification. I have notified Medieats and disputed the charge on my credit card.

This company is definitely a scam! I wish I would've checked the reviews on BBB before getting sucked into this ridiculous scam. I signed up for 2 months. Thought I would give it a shot. I received an email a week later asking me how everything was going. Unfortunately there was a death in my family and I never even started the diet and explained this to them. I never received any email response back with condolences. Their emails are definitely form letters that they send to everyone. Plus, I wasn't aware that it was a reoccurring charge and figured I would just be out $69. After the 2 months was up I received an email for another charge of $69. I reached out to them immediately requesting a refund and was basically told they would cancel it AFTER the next 2 months. I don't understand why they give you the option to sign up for 2 months if they are just going to automatically charge you for subsequent months. I would give this so called company a zero rating.
