    I subscribed to TuneIn to listen to local radio on my phone when I was travelling. I used the free trial but when I went to cancel the account since I did not want to pay the app had no history of me paying. I was getting charged monthly and I reached out to he company asking them to cancel my account. They said okay and needed my last name, cc information and other items which I provided.They then were late to reply and said they needed more information from me. They asked for a few numbers with acronyms I never heard of before and when I asked for clarification they could not point me where to get this information.They were having me go in circles swapping emails with them and would go a long period without replying. How does a company not have the ability to manage a subscription?This is a fraudulent company with terrible customer support.

    I asked tunein.com to stop taking funds from my account and they did not do it also it is the second year in a row that they have done this to me after i had told them i wish not to be done with their service. I must say they are not good at supporting the people they wish to keep coming back. They owe me $ **** and they should pay me more for all the time i had to get this taken care of. I should not have to go to the BBB every time they can't do the right thing. I have email them 17 times and now i am PO and say i should not have to be. PS i also have Call my bank and stated fraud Charge's because i did tell them to stop taking my money out of my Account.
