    3/5/25 Charge for $79.99. Tunein customer service is non-human and referred me to another service for which I was charged $39.99 the last time I had a question instead of the $1 refundable fee advertised in the referral. Because there is no one to speak with, this is impossible to resolve. I have already spend too much time trhying to figure out what happened. I enjoy tunein but it is almost not worth it. Please advise or give me the number of a human. Thank youl

    I received an email reminding me to cancel my account before my free trial ended (which I did); however, I was still charged.They provided the following email address for support in the email noted above: no-******************************** Unsurprisingly, that email address is not valid and I received an undeliverable mail message.A quick search revealed the correct email address to be: ********************************** They have no phone support and do not even have chat support, so it is very difficult to communicate with this ********** experience leads me to believe that is an intentional design feature.I don't care about the prior payments on my credit cards; I just want them to stop charging my card each month.

    I paid for the Premium annual subscription and it stopped working. I contacted Tunein and they created a ticket. That was over a week ago and they stopped responding.

    On Wed, 6 Nov at 5:18 AM , **** ******* ******************** wrote: I used the free trial and never subscribed and was charged. Please cancel immediately and refund my CC.The free trial was associated with the purchase of the 2023 Fisker Ocean last year. It was a trial that required to login in and provide payment information. I didn't want to provide my payment information. I proceeded to cancel out of the payment screen. I later noticed that my parents credit card was charged after the trial period. There credit card is attached to my ****** wallet which apparently was used on their free trail app. This was done unintentionally and i explained this to their support them several times. The canceled the subscription and never refunded me. This company is disgusting. Never used there streaming service and was charged my parents CC that was in my apply pay account without notice. I explained that i NEVER logged into their streaming service and it was enrolled in error. They refused to refund.

    When you signed up for your trial you agreed to the Terms of Service, which included charging you if you did not cancel the trial before it was expired. We are very sorry to hear about your frustration however, as was noted in our ********************** with you; you disputed the charge on your credit card. We are not able to refund the charge as it is in a disputed status - the bank will have to make a final decision, and until then our team is unable to refund you the charge. 

    I have personally responded to your email explaining this, and as I said, if the bank decides against your dispute we will issue the refund.

    Not sure how or if I signed up for this unless its tied to my iPhone and done in error?Last month a $39.99 fee was charged to my bank account on file with Apple Pay. I called the phone number and the only way to keep them from charging my account is to give them my debit card number which I find odd since they must already have since they are charging me every month. The call sounded strange and it may be just a call center but I do not wish to give my debit card number to a stranger in the hopes they will cancel this bogus charge. Im seeking assistance from my bank which necessitates getting a new debit card. What a pain in the **** since I have all sorts of legitimate debits set up automatically but now must change in order to avoid continuously being charged for something I dont need or have any idea how to use?

    Thank you for your assistance. I signed up for a $1/month streaming deal but then received an email saying that I would be charged $7.99/month despite my subscription in my account still saying I should be charged $1/month. When I wrote to the company to confirm my $1/month subscription, they said they would not honor the deal I was offered without any explanation and that I should cancel my subscription unless I wanted to pay $7.99. I've attached a screenshot of the webpage for my account indicating that I should only be changed $1/month.

    The business promised only encountering a combo album once per set and once acquiring my money they triggered it again. They took thousands of dollars and then claimed it was a different issue

    I use the Tune In app on my Apple IPhone! I was listening to a station earlier, and decided to try to listen to another station but couldnt!!! I clicked on See All, and after that every station I clicked on wouldnt play!!!!This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible!!!!Contacting customer service is a big joke!!!!!

    I am rejecting this response because:it didnt answer anything about the false advertising. I do indeed pay for commercial free. I never denied that. I never said I tried to cancel. I actually pay monthly bot yearly. They must have pulled up the wrong account. Anyway the complaint is ** I pay for commercial free service and theres more commercials than not. That is the complaint
