    Scam. They steal $34.95 a month from you, then you have to get them to cancel it which is not easy. Then, they started stealing the $34.95 again months later. Out hundreds of dollars. Many of their online reviews are fake. So many bad reviews and people that were scammed.

    Well, I was quite pleased with how quickly they helped me, bec I had a *************** met it overnight. However, without realizing, I must have agreed to a monthly prescription, which after quite alot of research, I came to realize that this is the new norm. I also, researched the average cost to pay anyone to even do an entry level resume. It's over $200. At first, I was upset about the monthly charges, but I made need this subscription in the near future to update my resume for a better paying job some day, which cost even more, btw. I looked that up, too. It's pricey. The reality, is, it shouldn't come as a shock that it's not cheap, if we don't do it ourselves. Up front, it was practically free, but we should be aware, nothing is ever totally free in this life. So overall, I'm extremely grateful, bec they helped me get the job.

    Paid a one time fee of $1.95 but now I have a recurring charge of $35 and you cannot cancel on the site and they don't respond to emails or calls. Absolutely deceptive company. DO NOT USE THEM. They're completely fraudulent.

    Same as everyone else, paid the $1.95 for a lame resume and now they keep on trying to take money out of my account. Fraudulent company, no one answers or calls back. Do not use them!

    I never used their service, can't seem to cancel. They keep trying to charge my account everyday, but can't answer their phones or their chat.

    Its hard to cancel there is no option on their website to cancel. Ive been trying for a year. They want all your personal information because they claim to be unable to find my account. Last night after about 1 year they tried to charge my card $79.00.

    I think the actual tool to build the resume was fantastic. however what ****** me off is it was advertised as completely free so I spent some time doing it and getting it to a point where I felt good about it. then when it came time to try and save it as a pdf it wouldn't allow me to unless I paid for their ******** subscription. so now all that time I just wasted creating it is out the window and I'm right back to square one and have to start all over somewhere else. I would of been OK with paying a one time ******* done with it but no way was I gonna commit to a monthly subscription so I could have a resume for one job. what a joke don't waste your time or money
