    The transaction was initiated in May 2023 and extended until February 2025, resulting in a total deduction of $531.85 from my account. After contacting the company for clarification, I found the terms and conditions regarding the one-time payment of $1.95 for a resume inadequately communicated. This lack of transparency raises ethical concerns, particularly regarding the imposition of charges for what I perceive to be the non-delivery of a subpar product. Since 2023, I have not utilized the website and have received no notifications about recurring payments of $29.95 since May 2023.I experienced several errors in the generated resume, including punctuation, formatting, and grammatical issues. These indicate a concerning absence of quality control and inadequate customer support.Furthermore, the company's prolonged silence, coupled with charges incurred three years ago for services I did not use, is both perplexing and unacceptable. I am prepared to take further action on this matter, especially as I have discovered that I am not alone in my grievances. There are reports filed on social media platforms and with the Better Business Bureau, which notably does not recognize this company as an accredited business. Despite my efforts to resolve my concerns through discussions with their supervisors at Rocket Resume, the primary issue remains unaddressed.I seek a full refund for the inadequate product and sneaky unauthorized charges.

    I had somehow inadvertently signed up for Rocket Resume in August of 2022. I called their customer support on 09/10/2024 to ask why I had been charged for a service that I didn't use. They didn't have an answer, other than I did not opt out of charges after the "trial period" ended. They stole over $600 from me because of their "opt-out" nonsense. How is this legal? How is this company operational? They use deceitful business practices and are not up front about cost.

    Suddenly last night my business account overdrew. I went in to see why, as no further purchases had been made for this month. Much to my surprise, as of today Rocket Resume withdrew ***** from my account.I never signed up for their services. I have never heard of them. Obviously they stole my information from somewhere. They are a scam, fraudulent company. When I called the young woman told me she would need my information to find the account. I have red flags everywhere. Please shut this company down. They are doing illegal business practices.

    This company has been wrongfully drawing money from my account for 18 months. I did not authorize these charges. I never made an account nor purchased any monthly subscriptions but Ive been charged ***** every month since December 27, 2022. This has come up to a total of $629.10 and I have been trying for months to cancel this alleged subscription that I am paying for when I have never registered an account. I have made an attempt to contact the business to no avail.

    I created a resume on 5/19/2023 on the website of Rocket Resume with the understanding that I would be billed $1.95 as advertised. On 5/30/2023 I received an email saying my trial offer was expiring. The fact that I had a "trial offer'' was news to me so I called Rocket Resume and was assured by the person answering the phone that I did not have an active account. Today while going through past charges on my credit card I see that Rocket Resume has been billing my credit card $34.95 every 4 weeks since May 2023. I called 1/15/2024 to discuss this issue and the woman on the phone said she would cancel the account they had in my name and refunded 3 of the 9 months of $34.95 charges. I am seeking the additional 6 months of $34.95 monthly charges to be refunded to my credit card. I used this service one day in May with the understanding that it would cost $1.95 as they advertised. Thank you.

    In July of 2023 I paid a fee of $1.95 to use the Rocket Resume builder service. Without my knowledge they began taking $29.95 out of my account every month for the past five months. They claimed that I agreed to this subscription, but I did not. I am extremely disappointed and expect a refund.

    I made a resume for college for $1.99 and then it automatically started charging me $34.99 for a subscription I never signed up for. What is this how can you charge people automatically for something they never signed up for? I'm struggling as it it and this is ridiculous.

    Hi, I started a trial membership with Rocket Resume on November 8th last year and was reminded by email on November 23rd to renew my membership for one month. Since then, Rocket Resume has been automatically deducting $34.95 every four weeks, and no emails were sent to inform me of the upcoming deductions that have been made until I found out about this fact last week from my bank statement. This means that I was continually charged $314.55 from December through August (9 months). I contacted Rocket Resume's customer service as soon as I found out last week and was ultimately responded that I could only get a refund of $174.75. I believe that this is unfair to the consumer, that I have been continually charged without information alerts and that I have not used any of Rocket Resume's services during this period as I did not know that I was a member. My claim is for a refund of the entire $314.55. Thank you!

    I paid $1 for a pdf of a resume I made on Rocket Resume's website. A few weeks after, I was charged over $30 for a subscription I never signed up for. I'm a college student struggling enough as it is and I need this fixed. A refund as well because I canceled it the day after.
