  Total Scam. They charge $400 a month for an online group meeting. That doesnt even count the actual appt with the doctor. Terrible communication. Do not recommend

  Do not use. They are not here to help. They lie. To get more money. So unless you want to pay them an arm and leg. And pay to go to a lot of bs groups that. Dont talk about or even happy with anything. I went to quickMD. 100 times better and do t rip u off like this place.

  They will never talk to you or allow you to communicate about billing. They do not care what their customers are being billed or if they are being billed correctly. They just want to charge as much as possible until you stop going. I started going to save money getting Suboxine, their website and their sales *** told me it would be 40$ per month with my insurance deductable already paid. The charged me 340$ per visit and then they stopped charging my insurance and they didnt even tell me. 4000$ bill and no one will call me back nor can i talk to the billing department in any way. Absolute scam what they billed for. I spent 5 minutes a month with an actual doctor.

  ******. They force you to go to meetings so they can bill insurance extra. They will charge you to go to an extra NP session even if they cancel your appointment. They are greedy and only care about money. Even my NP said they are bad and they work there. *****!

  They keep billing me when my insurance and copay have already been paid in full. Doctor said I had to attend so many minutes per month of meeting to be in the program only to find out I was supposed to pay for all these required meetings. Bicycle is double dipping into insurance then billing patients for these meeting that are required. Corruption

  I would have gave it a zero starts if possible, After I cancelled my subscription and I was reassured that they would stop charging my debit card the monthly cost of 199.. I've messaged several times they keep saying that they turned it over to the billing department well issue still not resolved have heard nothing back

  My NP has been great. I dont think Im the typical client in that I transferred directly from medical pain management to bicycle without ever seeking or taking street opioids. I just need to wean down and get off all opioids. Ive been doing that for about a year and everything has been easy & great. However, this month I had a major surgery scheduled and my surgeon was concerned that controlling post surgical pain would be a problem because of my ******** tolerance. My NP at Bicycle was also concerned this would be a problem. Here is where problems began. It was literally impossible for my surgeons office to contact my NP at Bicycle to coordinate my post surgical care. I have been messaging almost daily for roughly two weeks asking for a way for the surgeon to contact my NP & keep getting blown off or told its being taken care of and not to message again- then no one calls the surgeon. Im genuinely afraid going into a surgery like this and not knowing what will happen afterwards. The worst part of it is my surgeons office and my NP both really care- its just a series of unqualified, non-medical techs blocking a very normal professional exchange between two medical professionals. After my surgery Im cancelling my membership with bicycle & looking into filing a complaint with the state of *******. Doctors should be able to contact each other and coordinate care.

  Bicycle Health used to be a good company but are now only focused on getting as much money out of you and your insurance provider by forcing you to attend recovery classes under the lens of useful therapy. Its sad that a company that started with a wonderful mission has now turned to greed.

  Bicycle health will scam ur insurance! They make u do 1 hr of meetings a month and if u dont then they make u see a provider every 2 weeks. So they can charge u more money! If u do over 1 hour of the mandatory time they charge u $250 for going over 1 hour. I highly recommend reconsider doing business with these scam artists. I hope u guys get caught for insurance fraud. What they do is very unethical and plain sad. They couldnt care less about you. They will try to keep u on subzz for the rest of ur life and over charge you. Quick md is much more helpful and allllottt cheaper! Plus they dont try to scam u out of more money ;) see for yourself. Bicycle health is the worst healthcare provider in the **! They only care about ur money and if u cant pay they will boot u and sell ur debt as soon as they can

  Theyve helped me so much in my recovery. Not sure why theres so many bad reviews. They do have simples guidelines in the program that you do have to follow. And definitely keep up on your medication so YOU never run out. Doctors treat you nice, and they have all kinds of support meetings that you can do on your own time. If youre having relationship issues what ever the case may be they will literally help you with it. Thank you bicycle health. Youve helped me so much along the way. Thank you P.s ****** *.
