1 starTerrible. We had a shoot and the photographer uploaded a bunch of low res ******* gaslit me by telling me it was the printers fault, and Snappr is telling me they cant do anything about it. Would absolutely NOT recommend using them unless you want to waste your time and money.Snappr, Inc.

1 starSnappr is a sham, a company with no integrity, has no intention of doing honest business. We paid $304.11 for their top shoot. We had an appointment then the photographer who canceled due to family emergency and would not answer multiple calls to reschedule. My husband had to go in the hospital and he canceled further shooting with the intent of rescheduling with his credit. After 12 communications by chat and phone Snappr would not honor the credit. Cars and Bids even contacted them ( they use Snappr on their site which we booked through) and they ignored Cars and Bids. I went through 6 customer service persons at ********************** and they all created nonsensical reasons why they could not help and some said they would have a photographer call, which never happened. This attempt to get service rendered for payment has gone on for 48 days. They stole our money. They are not returning my pleas for assistance anymore.Review fromJames H

1 starbooked a photo shoot with ************ in **********, **, who replied neither to my enquires nor Snappr's as to the precise meeting point of the shoot, which was to be held in a local park. Snappr then offered me an shooting with a different photographer but the location and his style where not what I was looking for. The moment I requested a refund, Snappr stopped communicating with me. I have enquired several times with regard to the status of my refund but get no reply. They have not even credited my account for another shoot. In other words, they have stolen my money. I now have no choice but to consult with an attorney.Snappr, Inc.

1 starThis is the worst photography service I used so far. I would not have used Snappr, had I known that it would be this bad. The photographer cancelled 1 night before for my photo shoot. And they assigned me a photographer who (sorry, not sorry to say) ruined the Graduation photo shoot for my wife. They charged $165 which is fine price. But the photos we got, were terrible. I mean someone who has never taken a photo from a dslr/ mirrorless camera would have done a better job for just point and shoot camera. It was that bad.Snappr, Inc.

1 starReally, a scam. They photographers cancel and the company doesnt want to issue you a refund. So if you dont want to do business with them as a broker for services you are stuck. Crappy experience wish there were negative star ratings!Snappr, Inc.

1 starSnappr is a total scam, it is nothing but connects you with amateur photographers. Wish I could give 0 stars. They will call or follow up with you again to get the payment from you before the shoot . Once the shoot is done, you are left with a random person with extremely basic photography skills, who does not provide any guidance on any angles or poses and just clicks randomly. The end results are extremely basic and photos were of poor quality. We had a photoshoot with them. The photographer arrived 15 minutes late, went back and forth to get the stuff, did not provide any help or guidance with the poses, angles or anything. Then when you get the results, it feels like an amateur person has taken pictures with zero photography skills. We were highly disappointed and when we reached out to customer service we were told they can not do anything about it as the shoot is done (doesn't matter if the customer is not satisfied) they simply don't issue any refunds, credit or help you with editing or atleast making the pictures better. Once you make the payment they don't care at all. Be aware they are running a scam and making money by making fools of the customer . Do not fall for it .Snappr, Inc.

1 starAbsolute scam of an operation. They take 100% of the fee up front and then when they deliver unusable photographs they tell you you need to upgrade to another package for them to fix it. Total scam and horrible quality photographers. STAY AWAY. They took $1000 from me and I had to hire a real photographer to reshoot the entire project. The silver jewelry they shot turned out black in the photos and they refused to fix it or refund my money.Snappr, Inc.

1 starThe company does not uphold a basic level of quality. I scheduled a wedding photo shoot in the streets of *************** with a Snappr photographer based on their experience with street photography and nighttime shoots. The chosen photographer canceled last minute, and instead of being offered a refund, I was offered the choice between two other photographers, one who specialized in food and one who was a sports photographer. The photographs I received were technically dreadful, worse than phone snaps. The composition was dull and the lighting and exposure so poor it's hard to see what that are. I was rejected a refund. I specified the need for lively, ************** capturing the city lights but instead I received 15 uninspiring and technically poor photos from a different photographer to who I had booked. A total waste of over $200 for nothing.Snappr, Inc.

1 starRating 1 because I cannot rate 0 starts.Booked a photoshoot for a large family. Photographer didn't reach out and I had to initiate contact myself.Asked the photographer for samples of their work and was told "I don't have time to do that."Reached out to Snappr logistics specialist for support on changing photoshoot duration. Completely unresponsive even after many emails and calls .Finally reached out to customer support to cancel the shoot and was told I can only receive Snappr credit which is absolutely worthless given the customer service.After explaining how ********************** is the cause of the cancellation and requesting a full refund over an hour on online chat, I was told that they'd forward the email thread I sent them as proof to a "Billing Resolution Specialist" that would then contact me 5-7 days later. This is a scam company.Snappr, Inc.
