1 starWarning to anyone using Snappr: my photo session never happened due to weather confusion, and instead of helping, Snappr Blames Freelancers Instead of Fixing Their System. Their support team was robotic, unhelpful, and more focused on closing a ticket than solving anything. I got poor service and a bad experience. Zero support. 1 starDo not use this service. You cannot cancel your shoot. You can REQUEST a member of the team cancel it for you, but you yourself do not the ability to cancel it. This is very misleading and never stated anywhere on the emails they send you. And Im not talking about getting a refund, Im talking about cancelling and getting the credit. I repeat: you yourself CANNOT cancel. You have to submit a ticket, which you then wait to hear back about. 1 starPoor Customer Support and Unfair Refund Policy Avoid Snappr I booked a graduation videography shoot through Snappr for April 26, 2025, and paid $424 in full back in March (03/14/2025). Just five days before the scheduled shoot, on April 21, the assigned videographer (****** *.) messaged me saying he could no longer make it due to a family emergency and asked if I could move the date to May 3rd. I explained that I couldn't reschedule due to other appointments and the need to return my graduation gown right after the event.Despite that, Snappr then sent me a system-generated message asking if I approved the date change. I rejected it and immediately reached out to their chat support asking them to find a replacement videographer. They responded saying theyd look into it but later informed me they couldnt find anyone available.I then requested a refund, but they told me the only options were to convert the amount into Snappr credit or a Snappr gift card, which I declined. Since then, Snappr has stopped responding to me entirely.Its extremely disappointing and unfair that a platform can cancel on a client just days before an important event and then refuse to return their money. This was a special moment for me, and Snapprs poor service and lack of accountability added unnecessary stress and left me scrambling.I do not recommend Snappr to anyone. 1 starI booked a family photoshoot one month in advance for my niece and nephew flying in for the holiday. I was told the photographer I picked would reach out within 24 - 48 hrs of when the shoot was booked. I paid in advance.I never heard back from the photographer. When I noticed this, I immediately emailed Snappr and probably sent dozens of emails over the course of the few weeks. At one point, someone called me and assured me the photographer would reach out within 24 hrs. That didn't happen. When I let them know no one reached out, I was ghosted and no one responded.2 days before the shoot, after sending another frustrated email, I was told the photographer cancelled. I was left stranded with no photographer less than 48 hrs before the time. When I asked for a refund, no refund was offer despite not receiving the service and having to scramble last minute to find someone else.Honestly I feel very scammed.Snappr, Inc.

1 starI booked a 4 hour photoshoot and a 4 hour video shoot and the customer service person I worked with booked them BOTH IN THE SAME CALENDAR EVENT. I needed 8 hours. Instead I got 4 hours and did not finish the shoot. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service team they said it was my fault for requesting 4 hours of video and 4 hours of photo on the same day, and therefore I was responsible for the mishap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Snappr, Inc.

1 starIs it possible to give a 0 review? I wish. We hired snappr to do a maternity shoot for my wife and I and our first ****** We connected with the photographer and explained what we wanted and she recommended that we meet before sunset for best lighting for our beach photoshoot. We arrived 15 minutes early and noticed about 4 other photoshoots going on for engagement, one maternity, and two others. 30 minutes later our photographer texts that she has arrived, 15 minutes late. It's now 25 minutes past our scheduled arrival time and we are finally down on the beach getting ready to take our first photos. The sun had set 10 minutes before and all the other photoshoots were over. We got about 5 minutes of light after sunset before it was dark. Our photographer dragged us off the beach and wandered us around looking for spots that had street lights or other forms of yellow light. Pics were not good at all. We waited for pics to come through and they were not good. We complained to Snappr and they said the "photos are up to our standards" and there was nothing they could do. After several emails and explaining we wanted a sunset maternity shoot and did not get it, they offered a gift card but have completely refused to refund our money. The baby arrived 10 days after the shoot, two weeks early. So we have no chance to redo the shoot or get the photos we wanted. Snappr knows all of this, acknowledges it, and refuses a refund simply because the photos (in the dark) are up to their standards. Don't waste your money. You might get lucky and have a good experience, but if the event is really important, avoid at all costs. They did offer a gift card on a future shoot, but I will never do business with them or trust them again. So, this is worthless and why I wanted a refund.Snappr, Inc.

1 starFirst of all they are NOT photographers. This organization habitually STEALS from photographers at every opportunity. They have a high turnover in part because of their completely unethical disregard of ethics and their employees as well as contracted photographers. Out of 10 contracted services, Snappr was in a contractual breach of its own contract 4 times with 3 absolute refusals to pay for services rendered and obligated, 3 instances where they refused to honor their own contract and cancelation ******************* to pay the photographer, and 2 instances where they refused to pay as agreed, paying less than was agreed when they solicited a replacement booking for photographers that had had enough of dealing with their corrupt and duplicitous practices. In addition, they habitually steal the photographers images for their own database contrary any licensing agreement. They have done this to construct their own image generating ai software without compensating any photographer for the images they pirated for that purpose whcihbwas not included in any licensing agreement. In another instance, they refused to honor copyright law or their own contract when a client demanded a commercial use license but refused to pay for it or book the proper type of session then refused to pay the photographer t all when he demanded a commercial license fee. They attempt to impose employee considerations and demands upon photographers they outsource to then short or no pay the photographer for services rendered or unlawfully use the images themselves or authorize the end client to make prohibited uses of the images contrary trademark and other IP work product laws. They insist photographers are outsourced subcontractors but attempt to impose employee relationship demands on the photographer's ****************** and attempt to penalize their pay.Absolutely terrible business's entity.
