    I am trying to collect wages owed to me from work I had done for a company called The ***** Experience and Veem is the company that provides payment ( 3rd party). I am unable to get into my account because the last time I used it I had a different phone number so now I cannot get in. I have contacted Veem by email (the only option because the phone requires you to have an extension number which is not provided) and they have responded with vague instructions which still require me to log in- which I cannot do. It now requires an authentication app which is trying to charge me $50. I don't have $50 to collect the $150 owed to me. i have explained this issue repeatedly and they are no longer responding. I am in dire need of my money and they are not giving me info or providing access.

    Used VEEM**** for ACH payments, they harassed my vendors for all sorts of information not needed to make a simple ACH transfer. Claiming they needed all this information for Anti-Terrorism Financing Fraud Protection. Below is the last email I sent to them, plus see all attachments here. Myself and all my vendors were not aware or comfortable with providing all of this information. Two transactions had been initiated already, by the time I had cancelled my subscription with them, the amounts were withdrawn from my bank account, however NOT delivered to my vendors. Now I have funds stuck in limbo with VEEM, they don't seem to care.

    I have spoken with everyone involved in these two transactions that were initiated by VEEM, my bank ***** ********* ****, has advised that they can not do anything from their end, and advised me to ask for a refund of funds regarding the two transactions as listed below. I have also spoken with the intended recipients of the funds, and have confirmed that their respective bank accounts have not received any funds from VEEM, nor have any indications of pending transactions inbound from VEEM.

    ***** ******** **** has no course of action (can not stop payment, cancel, etc) from their end since the payment drafts were initiated by VEEM. I acknowledge the fact that the transactions were cancelled by VEEM, however the funds were withdrawn from my checking account, were not delivered to the intended payees, and therefore are stuck somewhere within VEEM's system. I am asking for a refund of these two amounts, $22,352.22 and $3,608.90 totalling: $25,961.12 to be returned to my checking account immediately.

    Ever since I started using Veem in October 2024 I only received 2 ontime deposits on my salary and the rest are always delayed. This made me miss my due date on my bills and incur penalties. My last salary which was deposited in the US on 1/3 has not been received until today.

    My employer paid my monthly salary using this platform Veem beginning several months ago and I was paid without issue. However in the month of December Veem has yet to release my employer contributed funds to me. It is now December 30th and I have yet to be paid for the month!!!

    Veem emailed me to tell me ****** ********* had a 900 dollar payment scheduled to me. Then they told me I need to provide my personal information Social security Bank account number Email And my name and address. Now they have all my information. I complied reluctantly to their request and now regret it. Then they told me after that the other party needed more information. Why ? They had reached out telling me they had my money. I want to file a complaint.

    i was schedule to recieved a direct deposit payment for 405. The account was an old account that is closed and I dont have access to. I contacted veem by chat whose agent said they would look into it and get back to me. The next day 405 was taken out of my new account and I still have not received the pay direct deposit I was suppose to receive. The 405 was debited like a fee reveral which is why they now owe me 810 from what as taken and the original deposit but I cant get any one on the chat. I tried to contact an agent today and they say "the system is down" or "engineering is unavailable"

    Do not do business with Veem, this is a scam. The site doesnt work by design so you provide your banking information to Veem. No legitimate banking/payment platform asks for a users banking credentials. NOTE THIS IS A SCAM and NOT a legitimate site.

    I've been using a third party company to received my monthly payment however they've been holding funds for the past month without giving any resolution I talked to the sender I talked to my bank and none of those are aware of the problem that veem the ******************* is doing with their clients, they try to put a complaint to but they just keep not responding and it's not happening only to me but to several clients where they simply informed the funds disappeared and the money is not returned either to the sender or process to the client

    4/2/ instant pay was initiated. 4/6 still have not receive instant pay. date extended to 4/8. unacceptable. no customer service live agents at all.

    I made a veem account and added $500 to my veem wallet in then I tried to transfer it to the virtual card they offered. After trying to do so they close my account. They tell me take it up with my bank so they stole my $500 when I tried to talk to them on the phone they hung up on me.
