    I had placed an online order on December 10, 2022, using a credit card for $29.47. The email address that I was using at the time ************************* is no longer available to me, so I have no access to the order number or tracking information. I am a busy person and had lost track of the order until recently. I realized that I had not received the order that I had paid for. So I contacted Wish.com by email ****************** beginning January 25, 2022. Although they did respond to my email request, they apparently don't know how to adequately resolve the issue. Basically, I'm just getting the run around.

    We purchased a trampoline in October for kids' Christmas. When we started assembling it in January, we discovered that only about half of the parts were shipped to us. Since then after numerous contacts via their website (they don't have phone customer service) ********************** has refused to ship the rest of the trampoline or refund my money. So now I'm out $750 and have a pile of useless trampoline parts sitting in my yard. Totally unacceptable!

    I am rejecting this response because:  *********** that we paid for the product is Wish.com.    How are we supposed to know who the merchant even is?  AFter receiving no help from wish despite numerous pleas for help  We contacted the manufacturer of the product, and they helped us contact the third party company that apparently actually sold us the product.   That company has agreed to ship us the missing parts.   However, Wish.com was totally unresponsive to our problem, and could have easily helped us if the chose to do so.

    January 29,2023 I made an order on the wish app for $33.99, I somehow put the wrong address in for shipping. I thought was entering the billing for my card. I have made numerous attempts to fix it or just cancel my order. I keep getting same excuse "wait until the itema arrive" which they will not!!! I need my money back and to cancel my order immediately!!

    I understand your frustration over the order being shipped to your old address and that it may not be delivered to your new address. In these cases, we recommend that you contact the carrier and ask them to forward the shipment(s) to your new address. 

    As long as the order is in transit, our policy does not allow for refunds, and you will have to wait for the items to be marked as delivered and then contact our support in order to claim a refund. If the items are not marked as delivered within the latest estimated delivery date, please contact our support within 30 days from that date.

    Wish is advertising flare rate shipping. On certain items it states if you spend $10 more you will he eligible for flat rate shipping. I made 3 different orders. None of those orders did I get flat rate shipping. I contacted Wish and they said it's pretty much a experiment to see if there people like it and not ever one gets flat rate shipping. I expressed hot with 3 different orders I still didnt get it and it clearly says if you spend more then $10 your eligible. They also tried to say it was because the items might he coming from different places. I've ordered from a few of these seller before the orders come together and one business is even in the US.. you can even look under flat rate shipping on wish and it shows loads of items that you can get flat rate shipping. It's totally fraudulent advertising. They never once offered even a adjustment. Thank you for your time.

    The best way to ensure that your order qualifies is to follow the green bar and make sure it is completely filled up before completing an order. If the bar is not filled, your order is not eligible for flat-rate shipping cost.

Have shopped with the company for a couple years and only filed the complaint because my account was messed up and was unable to let them know when they made a mistake to correct it like they normally always have. Now I have a order that never arrived that they refunded and an item that was not what I wanted but I paid for it.

    I am making a complaint against Wish.com in *************, **.I ordered multiple items online from Wish.com on November 25, 2022.The items are of poor quality and sizing is wrong. Some items are itchy and smell toxic. I cannot use any of them and I need a full refund for everything I ordered.I called the ********************* Number at ************** which advises they are not taking calls and directs customers to email [email protected] multiple attempts to try and reach customer service, I finally received an email from **************** providing instructions on how to receive a refund:On Wish.com go to Order History.******************************** Click 'Item Details' for the item you're inquiring about Click 'Contact Support" at the bottom of the page Follow the prompts through Wish Assistant to submit your request.It appears that I was given a refund for items under $6.00. However, the Contact Support button is not available for any item over $6.00.I have sent multiple detailed emails to **************** explaining that I cannot submit a refund request for big ticket items because the Contact Support button is not available.The customer service responses I received do not provide a solution.My total order with Wish was $434.60 CAD.I am furious that my intense efforts to obtain a full refund continue to be ignored, as of today's date, Wednesday January 18, 2023.     I have investigated this and found that you have already been refunded by our automated support for 10 out of the 18 products you received. Most of them valued over $6 CAD. Our automated support can only refund up to a certain threshold, after which your claim will be routed to support agents for processing. I also see that you have opened a claim for each of the items in your order and thus you will no longer see the option to contact support since you have already done so. Instead, you have the possibility to continue communicating in the tickets already opened. 

    After reading each of the 8 remaining tickets you have opened and that have not been refunded, I found that you did not provide the description and documentation our support agents have asked for, thus agents are prevented from further processing your inquiries. 

    You have been asked to provide pictures of the products you received along with a clear description of the issue with the products. The pictures have to be of the actual products that were delivered to you and can not be obtained from ************* or any other web page.
    As we do not have a return center in ******, we can not process your request to return the products. For this reason, we are instead more flexible with issuing refunds, but only when the issues are properly described and the products are documented by providing the requested photos.

    My recommendation is that you go back to the tickets you have opened, and provide the requested information. Once you have uploaded the pictures and described the issue with the products, our support agents will be able to further process your requests.


    I hope this clarifies our procedures for processing refunds.

    In each case, they asked me to provide photos and a description of the item. I was asked to provide photos and I did my best to provide the best photos possible. I really think that they are only interested in providing refunds for items under $6.00.

    Anything over that amount, they want to it make it very difficult for customers.

     

    I was refunded for the small items, but when I look at my bank statement, it only says Wish, so I cannot cross reference what I was refunded for.

     

    This has been incredibly stressful for myself and my sister.

I cannot attach the tag of the jeans even though it appears that the option is available to attach the item. Please give me the option to attach the tag. The jeans were marked as a size 2XL. For this reason, you need to submit a claim for each specific item and I can not see that you have filed a complaint on any of the items you ordered. I did however find your emails, but our support agents were unable to assist you further due to incorrect order numbers and insufficient information. I recommend that you follow the instructions below in order to correctly file your inquiries. 

    Through our App; 

    *Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

    *Tap Order History.

    *Locate the item you have an issue with and tap on the item itself to open the Item Details page.

    *Locate and tap the "Need help with this item?" Section.

    *Tap the Contact Support button.

    Repeat the procedure for each single item you have inquiries about.
