    Order Placed: Jul 25, 2022 Order #: 62df677874f816700e40bae6 I ordered a watch from Wish.com for a total with shipping of $33.58. It arrived and was defective. I contacted Wish who had me return it at my cost of $5.50. The **** Tracking number is **********************. **** shows it delivered on the 10th. However, Wish seems to have lost the package. I have furnished them all the information they have requested. Their customer service agents have either ignored or forgotten **** ask the Better Business Bureau for help as I have no other recourse. Thank you for your time.*********************** ************ **************

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I cannot believe Wish.com customer service could not have sorted out this matter without having had to involve multiple agencies such as the BBB, PayPal, and ********** regulatory departments. How a simple refund could require such necessary actions to be resolved is outrageous.

    On 8/8/22 I noticed a fraudulent charge on my **** gift card was made just 30min before I tried to use it. After no help from Vanilla gift card, I found the only way to get a hold of wish.com was through their automated system. I tried explaining I did not place an order, in fact I had to create an account, just to make a complaint. The replies don't make sense and seems like they are all just automated.

    On July 31st I was supposed to receive order number Order #: 62dfa6d20b637f983d3ff626 The package never arrived since then I've spoken to six different support agents and told first that I would get a refund and I got disconnected in the chat conversation and ever since then every support agent has told me to wait until the 9th which is today the day I'm filing this complaint because now I'm told that I cannot receive a refund for whatever reason they are saying that the delivery is confirmed there is no delivered package I spoke to ***** which is the carrier for the package they never delivered it they do not have it and it is not in route to me. Attached is the list of conversations with different agents at different days and times the things that I was told and absolutely no avail have I gotten anyone to email me or any supervisor or higher up that I've asked for multiple occasions all I want is my refund back they guarantee 100% money back guarantee on their website will where is my refund I never got the package this is ridiculous!

    I had bought a counter top dishwasher from wish,I never received it,fedex said it was delivered,but nothing was delivered.i gave them my tracking number#************,and again they said it was delivered to my home.ive been Going threw this for the last time,this is some kind of a scam,all I wanted was a small dishwasher,they have good prices and now im without and no refund in sight.thank you

    I placed Order# #**e1631821be24b7697b021a on wish.com website for a Luxury full body, zero gravity, multifunction electric massage chair on 7/27/22 with an 8/1/22 delivery date. Wish.com confirmed delivery on 8/1/22 but I received imitation ***** earrings & a contradicting note. The company adamantly denied my requests to research the matter until I threatened to alert the authorities. The company requires I repeatedly prove I've been wronged with each contact and their response is a request for more time. There is no viable contact number to speak with a person.
