    I'm sure it's great quality, but I wouldn't know after ordering a few items on Dec 12th for my wife for Christmas and still not receiving by Dec 24th - tracking still doesn't know when it arrives. It's difficult to find a place to review Quince on-line, and now I know why.

I do see your order arrived in the 29th, which was past our normal shipping time frame.     I placed an online order 12/1/22. Still have not received my merchandise, which are all Xmas gifts. In addition, I have emailed twice, called with recording saying emails only, tried chat & that too told to email only. So not only do I not have my merchandise, I have nothing to return to get my $$$ back, and I ha no way to reach anyone. I have not had any response to any of my emails. I dont know what else to do that to give an awful review & suggest never order from this website. Im soooo disappointed & screwed for Xmas??.

    This company is falsely claiming 100% **** certified organic cotton products. I ordered the Organic Airy Gauze Quilt that claims 100% Organic **** certified cotton gauze layers and nothing else. Upon receiving the item I noticed that it contained non disclosed polyester batting. The manufacturer of the quilt also misused the **** certified label on the product by claiming 100% Organic Cotton and nothing about the polyester batting. My husband has a polyester allergy and this is no different than a food company not disclosing peanuts or shellfish in their products. Further I paid $300 for organic cotton. I can buy toxic polyester comforter at ******* for $30. This company is lying to its customers and should sued for false advertising and misuse of labels and greenwashing at it finest.

    Our website listing for the Organic Airy Gauze Quilt includes information about the 100% Organic Cotton shell as well as the 250-gsm of 100% recycled polyester it is filled with.

    Placed an order that was stalled for 9 days. (Not their fault, but the way their CS handled it was)Emailed CS about it at 7 days and was told to wait 14 business days before emailing them again. (Delay tactics)Tracking link officially told me package was lost. Emailed CS again and asked them to issue a new package since *** had confirmed it lost. Was told to wait 14 business days and then email again. More delay tactics. Wouldn't be surprised that after thr 14 business days they ask me to wait another 14 business days. Good products but CS is unwilling and unable to help and will just delay you in the hopes you'll give in as they parrot the same stock reply at you over and over again.
