    In general, I find the quality of Quince items to be pretty good, however, only 5-star reviews are visible on their site. I've submitted several 4-star reviews and none of them post (or are so far down you'd never be able to find them). It is both unethical and phony that every single product would have 100% 5 star reviews. Many other websites have a way to filter 4-star, 3-star, etc. reviews, but not Quince! We're only allowed to see the 5-star reviews.

We typically read each and every review to ensure that they are for the correct product, or are appropriate, and sometimes to reach out to our customers for feedback so we can better improve our offerings or processes. Over the last month we've had some sizable outages with the third party provider that has led to a backlog of reviews. We're working diligently to get them all approved and posted, and you should see yours in the next few days. We love the 5 star reviews that we get from customers that love our products (and some products do really have thousands of 5 star reviews, I promise!), but we think the 1-4 are truly the most valuable, as they tell us how we can improve to impress even more customers.Have a great week ****

    Received a cheaply packaged product that wreaked of vinegar, left a bad review for the terrible product and high price, received messages from their supposed customer service team, I told ******* I received my pillow case and it had a strong vinegar stench to it and instead of offering to send a replacement I was told to wash it and see if it still smells. This is ridiculous and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Ridiculously high prices for subpar product and service. Extremely disappointed. They also deleted my negative review from their site.

    When we reached out to the customer regarding this issue we offered a refund or a replacement for the damaged item. We did suggest washing the pillowcase (which we didn't ask to be sent back) to see if that would resolve the smell issue. At no point did we communicate that we wouldn't replace the item. When the customer confirmed they wanted a replacement, we sent the new order to them.

    Dont get me wrong - love almost all quince products Ive ordered and even recommended to my daughter in spite of a frustrating experience with an order. Beaded hoop earrings had 1 tight clasp and the other loose. Did an exchange (which takes a ***************) and replacement had same issue. I contacted CS after requesting exchange to ensure I get 2 tight earrings and sent them a video to illustrate difference in tightness of clasp between 2 earrings; was assured they will note it yet still got 1 tight and 1 loose. So I returned as didnt work out. 1st disappointment is they paid no attention to email request to ensure good pair sent out.2nd - I wrote a review and it didnt get posted. It was negative in 2 counts I guess - inconsistent clasps and not giving attention to replacement. But its not posted. My positive reviews of other items posted right away and not the negative one. Looks like only stellar reviews make it so its pretty skewed. Hmmm not very transparent then.

    Quince is truly, irretrievably AWFUL! I ordered the same pair blue trousers twice. Both garments - YES, BOTH - arrived as OBVIOUSLY RETURNED MERCHANDISE!!!Does Quince have ANY quality control?Quince does not let customers speak with a live agent. All customer engagement is through a ChatBot. Terrible, terrible company.

    My biggest issue with Quince is that they do not allow reviews of items you returned so the reviews on the site are skewed and thus, unethical. Ordered several items and sent all but one back. One item arrived with a giant pull in the front of it, the others were cut so oddly the fit was way off. Very disappointing.

    I ordered two sweaters in the wrong size. *** instead of MD. I returned the ** size sweaters (the quality of the cashmere was great, I wouldn't have returned them if the size had been correct). The return process was very easy, Quince sent me a RA label, and all I had to do was drop them off at ***** I bought a new sweater in the correct size and received it quickly. I still hadn't been refunded for my first transaction, but didn't think anything of it.Today, I got an e-mail from Quince stating that my sweater is on the way. I promptly wrote back and told them that I was waiting for a refund, not another sweater. According to them, one of the sweaters I returned was for a store credit, and the other one was supposed to be re-sent to me in the same size and color, which I really don't understand. At any rate, I am hoping to receive my refund soon, If everything goes smoothly, I would buy from them again.

    I bought a ring on October 2021 and by August/September 2022 a diamond had fallen off. Aside from that, there is also a diamond that appears to be crooked at the moment, so I can only assume that it will fall off with time. I wish I had not purchased the eternity ring from Quince, but instead gotten it from a reputable brand that is actually worth it. Expert craftsmanship and superior quality is NOT the words I would use to describe this brand. I have reached out to customer service and was offered a discount on my next order. That makes 0 sense, given the fact that I am not looking to spend any more money on Quince. Finally, I have tried to leave a negative review on this companys website twice now. But my review has not been posted yet. How fortunate for them. In my humble opinion Quince should stop being shady.

    Reviewing previous communication with the customer, we replaced the ring after they reached out about the missing stones. We also publish all reviews of our products once they've been manually checked to ensure the reviews are valid and don't contain any harmful language.

    I just got my first order of 4 items. Of the 4, 3 were the WRONG items, and the 4th was made of material that is very odd. Cannot believe it. My bright red dress is some sort of grey shirt!
