I purchased a tee shirt from this site of a band I like. The graphics are extremely blurry nothing like the pictures that allured me to purchasing the T-shirt online. I would honestly just like to be able to return it and get my money back.Business Response

Ordered one shirt that was found on ******** ad. Received a receipt for one shirt. Minutes later received a second receipt for two shirts, same order number as the first email. Email the company to say that I did not want to want two. They promptly replied, I was told it was too late the order already printed. This was not a custom order. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the additional item was added through an optional upsell feature presented at checkout. This feature allows customers to add complementary items at a special price before finalizing their purchase. Once an order is completed, we do not have access to payment information and are unable to modify it in any way.
Because all items are printed to order, and your request was received after the product had already entered production and subsequently shipped, we regret that were unable to process a refund for the additional item.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not recall this optional upsell if I had seen that I would be charged additional I would not have gone through with transaction I received an original receipt for just one item. A second receipt was sent for the upsell. This was not a custom print with any personalization, it looks just as advertised. I do not see how returning the shirt or changing the order was not a possibility.

2 shirts were sent to me wrong sizes..i did not complete the checkout thru paypal,but GearLaunch sent them to me and processed the sales..one shirt was ***** the other shirt was *****..the date of the order was Feb.26 2025..upon seeing the notice on my email,within less less than 24 hours i tried to cancel the sales..they said they could not cancel the orders.they sent me the wrong sizes and i cannot use them..the shirts also were screen printed out of register..a shoddy printing..i have contacted them many times about the dispute.tthey would not let me return them they said to send pics,which i did..then they told me that they accepted 2 chargebacks with ******..****** has no chargebacks from them..this t shirt company did not tell the truth.their return policy is horrible..i have bought and sold many items online and always was able to return items that were not right..the t shirt company will not resolve the problem..wrong sizes and shoddy printing..they have been giving me the runaround on this issue..they say contact ******..which i did..****** said contact the seller,which i did..their return policy is very bad businessBusiness Response

We appreciate your feedback and understand that you only intended to order one item. However, we want to clarify that we are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted, as we do not have access to credit card information to charge for additional items.
Since all items are printed to order, we typically cannot cancel orders once they enter production. That said, as a one-time exception, we attempted to cancel the two additional items. Unfortunately, we were only able to cancel and refund one item (the t-shirt) on March 27.

As explained by our Customer Service agent last Wednesday, we dont offer phone support, however, we provide support by email and chat. ************** can be slow sometimes but we usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.

What this company is doing is illegal. They used the name and likeness of a recording artist without their permission and sold it for profit. I follow a recording Artist (**** ******) on ********. I commented on his post and received a comment from who I thought was him asking me to support his career by buying his Tee Shirt. He informed me that he has not given anyone the permission to use his name and likeness on any tee shirt. They were using his name illegally. This company used a print originated by my racing family and used them for sales pitch without their knowledge and the print on the product is blurry and terrible. And they charged nearly double originater price. They should be shut down. Terrible of them taking people's money.
