      *** tried several manners of communication to contact Eventbrite and Bar Crawl unlimited. No one has returned any of my calls or emails. I would like for my money to be refunded for a canceled Bar Crawl adventure.

      I purchased tickets for an event created by Top ************. The Event was called Totally 90's Bar Crawl, the event was scheduled for Saturday, July 23rd in *********, *********. Eventbrite facilitated the online order which totaled $38.48, Order number Order #**********, order placed June 21, 2022. I received the digital tickets, attempted to attend the event, but unbeknownst to me, the event had been rescheduled for sometime in August. I have made 2 attempts to receive refund but to no avail.

      I purchased tickets via eventbrite for the Rythm and Roots festival in *********** ************.The venue did not accept the tickets nor do they accept eventbrite as a qualified vendor. As a result I was forced to purchase tickets again directly from event in person.Attempts to contact event brite and requests for a refund have gone completely ignored.

      Went online to look up Lash Training courses in ******** ** and found this company was hosting an event on Eventbrite they offered three classes two where $499 and one was $799 I opted for the $799 one to learn more techniques. I went online and and paid the deposit fee of $199 plus the taxes and fees that Eventbrite charged with a total of $212. On the first day of class they canceled appointment 30 minutes prior claiming a leak in the building. So I was rescheduled and then on the date of this appointment the text me 15 minutes before appointment stating their first client was running late and can I do 1 pm instead of 12. I text back that I was there already. No response back so I waited.I text at 1:17 no reply then I called and it went straight to voice-mail. Then they finally text me back stating they are stuck in traffic and someone was supposed to reach out to me. So I go to get my parking ticket validated and the receptionist states they are unable to validate it because there was never a company that book under LUXXE was there for that day nor the day of my first cancelation. They stated that they would refund me but I don't know if that was true or not so I called my bank that day. What they did was wrong and not thinking that people have jobs and I left work early on both days to make this class.

      On February 1, 2020, I purchased three (3) tickets from eventbrite for an event: ******************* and *********************. The event was to be held on May 21, 2020 but has been postponed all this time due to COVID. I purchased 3 tickets for a total of $183.00.I have contacted eventbrite numerous times to find out if the event will be rescheduled and to receive a refund. Eventbrite will not refund me the full amount. I would like a full refund since there is no plan to reschedule this event. I paid for a service and did not get anything in return.I have attached print shots and a copy of my tickets from eventbrite.Thank you ***********************************

      I created an event with Eventbrite (Event ID: ************). My event was on August 28th. I understood the Payout would be 5 business days later which equates to today September 5th. An Eventbrite representative told me that the Payout could take up to 5 days to reach my bank. Eventbrite is unnecessarily holding onto our funds for their benefit. I need my money. I will not be using them again. They had different payout options; however, I trusted that the Payout would hit my account today,

      Eventbrite has failed to refund me for cancelled youth summer camp for Huycks Bay camp in ******* despite the fact I have a receipt. For refund from 3 weeks ago. Nothing reported on credit card yet.

      Somehow I keep getting e-mails through Eventbrite. I'm not sure how I got on the list, but the e-mails aren't even directed toward my name (see uploaded photo). Eventbrite has no customer service. Their website instructs you to "log in" to your account to close it or to unsubscribe. I don't have an account, and there is nowhere on the website to contact an actual person for customer service. I have sent e-mails to their sales team (the only place I could find to actually contact anyone) and no one has responded.

      After buying the tickets from Eventbrite.com order# **********, we waited for the event to happen.The event never happened, I request for a refund to eventbrite and their response was that they couldn't issue a refund, because the event was not cxl. We waited for a cancellation notice from Eventbrite which we never received.I kept sending them request for a refund and their response was the same, all 7 times. Today I asked once again for a refund and their response was that they cannot issue a refund because it is outside of the 45 days of the event cancellation. In their email it shows to contact the organizer but when I go to their website they wont show the organizer information.This is a scam between Eventbrite and Easy event group **** BBB look into your previous complaints abut this hot air balloon scam with Eventbrite and Easy event group **** I have done business with event before and they have always notified me of a cancellation for any event. This time they just decided to stay with peoples money.

      I purchased tickets for ************************* through Eventbrite in Jan 2020. Due to covid the show was rescheduled until May 14 2022. On that day it was finally canceled and they posted all refunded would be sent out to the customer. Its been over 2 months and I never recieved a refund. I've tried every number eventbrite has but all just push you to there online system. I finally was able to find an email to them and they responded that since it past the 45 days Im not eligible for a refund. My problem hiw can that happen if they stated all tickets would be refunded. I've tried calling my bank they can't do nothing. So no this my next step. I feel like I've been defrauded of my money.
