    This company needs to be shut down. I purchase a course and now I cant access the course. This is theft of my money. I sent a few emails and there is no number where you can talk to someone to find my course. They sent virtual assistance, and I followed all the steps and still cant find the course. What is going on with this company? This is absolutely absurd.

    Courses arent what they advertise. They absolutely ****. Lots of technical issues. The pricing isnt as advertised either. The subscription is billed annually, not monthly. Even though I had 7 days to cancel (I did) they still charge you. Subscriptions bought in certain countries are allowed to get a refund, but they are not required by law to issue you a refund. The customer service *****. Just save your money and go elsewhere. Thats $240 wasted on a glitchy wannabe instructor, telling you info you already know.

    I purchased a monthly subscription advertised at $20 per month. I intended to study for 3-6 months. I was shocked when I learned they charged me for the whole year, $240. I searched the website for assistance and the *** didn't help.

    Ran into a technical issue with the built in media player when studying for a comp sci course. Was looking for a cheaper alternative than paying the 200+ dollars to normally get the materials, now I kind of wished I had done that. There is no legitimate support in any capacity and I could not find any contact info, even email which some users mentioned has worked in the past. Might update this if some of the other reviews are to be believed when they recharge me even after I cancel.

    DO NOT purchase any of the courses from Udemy! I purchased a photography course for my wife from this Udemy. I never got an invoice, never got an email link that she was supposed to receive to participate in this course. I have tried to reach out to this company via email, ***************** phone, and, I do not get any response from them. After checking the Better Business Bureau reviews and see if they get an F Rating, now I understand why. Be careful with this company.

    I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me for the next month, when I asked for a refund they told me no even though they admitted I cancelled my subscription

    Udemy is a disgrace, I purchased a course but they refuse to allow me to access it because of a PayPal issue from a previous purchase. Customer support is useless, they pass the buck from department to department. And there is NO PHONE SUPPORT. I would look elsewhere.

    One of the instructors had lawsuits against him for making false claims about curing cancer, and i could not get a refund .And, now in a different course, I ended up paying $29.00 for a "free" certificate" at the end of the course. There was to be a certificate mailed to me, but it has not arrived, and they keep saying that I never paid even though I have a receipt to prove I did.Never again. I was so lenient for way too long, too. Shame on them .

    I am an educator, and one of my classes had no offerings on udemy. So I put my course up there, and put my standard $200 price tag. Looked through all settings, promotions coupons everything looked good.2-3 days later, I had 4 sales!And credited with $14.Not per sale, total. I was expecting $400, as my reading seemed to be about 50% split between us.After emailing them, they told me they'd look into it.After a week of them just stating they are busy (they did show me the secret place they hide the opt out option), but never actually worked to resolve it.After a week, of me saying "pay me or delete my account", they still did nothing. I asked twice for where in there service agreement they claim paying less than 2% is allowed.I sent a message to the 4 students, and have deleted all my materials.Funny how udemy then messages me about how they have a guarantee for students and I was violating the rules.I explained that is a YOU problem.If you are a serious educator, DO NOT USE UDEMY!! They steal from creators!!

    A month ago, there was a sale on Udemy and I decided to purchase art classes as I am changing careers and working very hard on getting more education. The first two courses went through and nothing happened but when I decided to purchase the 3rd course a couple of weeks after, the purchase went through, but the course was missing from my learning tab. I contacted them, and they told me there was a glitch in the system and they filed me as suspicious but they unblocked me and there was a mistake and they apologized for the issue. They told me that I can now purchase the course again. I tried SIX times, and each time the same issue happened until a point where the sale time was finished and the course jumped from $22 to $145!!!! They wasted my time and now I cannot afford the course. They do not offer compensation, they do not contact you to fix the issue, they do not care if you try a million times, they do not try to go above and beyond for their customers and they really are just money-hungry. I was absolutely patient, cooperative, and understanding, providing all the documents they asked for but they were incompetent and useless!!! I am absolutely frustrated that now I have Udemy credit that I cannot seem to be able to use and every time I try to purchase the course they do not allow it. WORST customer service ever, no integrity and useless customer service!
