Total ****! I somehow ended up being a customer of this company, not with my consent. I noticed on a credit card statement they were charging me $10.50 and a separate charge of $2.00 every month since June! I got my credit card to reverse charges but they keep charging me. No customer service. I will just keep disputing the charges and might have to change my credit card number altogether. Not BBB accredited, big surprise!

I have a negative credit report from this company I've never heard from on my report. There is no number or way of getting in touch with them anywhere. Experian does give their address though, thanks for that. I never received a loan,or received anything from this fraudulent company. I'm going to *** them for tarnishing my credit

While my score seemed to benefit while using Kikoff I also see a huge problem. I wanted to cancel the credulous builder loan service. I use "loan" solely because that's what they refer to it as. There was no actual money transferred to me. I only made payments on basically a pretend loan. When I tried to cancel, there was no where in the site to talk to a representative. I disabled automatic payments thinking that should do it, since I don't actually owe them money from a real loan. Then they began sending me emails demandingng payment. I found a path in the kikoff site to cancel, but I can't until I pay them off. As far as I can see, I owe them nothing. I should be able to take my business elsewhere when I decide to.
