  How do you end up losing money?? Because you dont get any money of theirs! So I was repaying a loan that I never received!! So when I closed my account, I cant get my money back that I was paying monthly!!

  FAKE LOAN and FAKE PAYMENTS all YOUR MONEY for NOTHING in RETURN except a DROP of 20pts on YOUR CREDIT!This place is TERRIBLE! My credit score DROPPED 20 POINTS because I got behind on the $5 and $10 "payments". I dont owe them ANYTHING! I never received ANYTHING from them. They take your $ and say its a "payment" on a non existent loan. How do I owe them $35!!? I never received ANYTHING! They just take my money! Now Im "behind"?? Behind on WHAT!!? Then the only thing you can use it for is c*** at their store. Its like a trinket gift shop! SERIOUSLY! Never again! Now my credit report DROPPED 20 pts and I "owe" them $35 of MY MONEY, to repay MY MONEY, for absolutely NOTHING in return! The minute you don't send them YOUR MONEY for NOTHING, they REPORT it to your credit as a "missed payment"! ON NOTHING! SCAM!!

  Since joining in December of 2022 my credit score has gone up 77 points!. I pay 5.00$ a month. You get a 750 line of credit you pay off over time and your score improves. They report to the big three companies. Thanks to Kik off I now have a good score and a history of on time payments and a credit history. And its all thanks to kik off. I recommend this app.

  do not do it ! the only access to any credit is to there store ive never seen or heard of. my debit card changed numbers and i missed payments and didnt get warning till months later. when it started effecting my credit. negative as we speak in trying to make. payment and they wont let me unless i upload an id and the id uploaded isnt working so at the time im trying to qualify for a house an by a car. this ****** company is the one things stopping me in my tracks. dont do it. just get a real credit card and dont use t and or do and make payments this is more risk without reward what a regret

  I signed up with KikOff to strengthen my credit. I also opened a bank account with them as well, needless to say I have been with them for 1 month and I have had 3 charges of fraud on the bank account. the last charge was for $74.20 in which I called customer service and to no avail all he could tell was that the from me to me with no consumer information or anything now mind you the 2nd charge I contacted the consumer for a fraud charge of $69.59 they refunded the money it did not show in my account via mobile app and KikOff took the $69.59 and applied it the fraud charge of $74.20 and said I have a $0 balance now. I have direct deposits going in this account every week. I told them that I will be reporting them to the BBB because if you are dealing with someone's money I should not have to send a email and then the email response was they are short handed and they will get back to me in 2-3 business days. Also, the first card I had I had it cancelled then they sent me another card that I received this week that had not been activated and the charge of $74.20 miraculously appeared on my account but only they can see the charge and not me. I don't see a refund charge of $69.59 nor do I see a charge for $74.20. This is a company not to be trusted nor the bank they deal with. Please consumers do not do business with this company KikOff they are not a company you want to invest your money with.

  I received a text message this morning with a confirmation code from Kickoff. I have never heard of the company so am concerned about an identity fraud issue. The company has limited contact information (there is no telephone number and if you call the number listed on the BBB page, the line is disconnected), and they are not responsive on email. Luckily, I have frozen my credit at all three reporting agencies.

  I think Kikoff is straight up a SCAM...they should explain in better terms how they are going to take your money ever month and say they are helping your credit but they didn't do s*** for my credit and took my money ever month but when I finally got tired of the hounding me ever month and I canceled my account they didn't give me any kind of refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM

  I opened an account in March 2022. Just paid off $24.00 "loan" from them and now another one was opened for $60 WITHOUT my authorization! I changed my password there but wondering if it was Kikoff themselves that did this.

  Awful! I do not have an account with this company and yet somehow they try to take hundreds of $$ out of my cash app account. They successfully managed to get $65.50 from me before I was alerted. Three rounds of $60 have been denied and just this morning they attempted to take $160 from me. Somehow they are on my credit report as well. Theres no customer service phone number, only an email address. Ive emailed them several times and have received a reply. Im going to have to file an identity theft report with my local police department in order for cash app to reverse the fraudulent charges that went through. If this keeps up a class action law suit will be the works.

  This company tells you that you will get a $750 line of credit, that will boost your credit score by offering you a low payment method. But as others said you do not get any actual money. Went to the kickoff store and they only offered self help books or other loan plans to purchase. Luckily I only have $10 left to pay and I will be done with this fake loan.
