1 star************* They "fit" you, and you buy the size they recommend, and it's way too small. No problem - they advertise free returns. The returns are not free. They charge $5.99 for the return. That is fraudulent advertising. Someone needs to *** them on a class action basis, so that they change the fraudulent advertising on their web page. Don't do business with them.ThirdLove

Returns and exchanges are free for all U.S. orders. What you are seeing is your original shipping fee of $5.99. Since your order did not meet the minimum requirements for free shipping, you paid the $5.99 fee to have the order shipped to you. This shipping charge is non-refundable as it is a service that was provided to you. 1 starI placed an order and as soon as I hit submit, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I tried to chat with someone on their website, but its a chat not available. I tried chatting every 15 minutes for two hours only to realize that this is a **********-based company and nobody was there at the time. Finally out when someone was available to chat. They said I could only change my order within the first hour of placing it. How could I change it within the first hour with no one is there? I have been patiently waiting for my order to be delivered, but it hasnt moved in six days. Its lost someplace in ********. Terrible company dont recommend.ThirdLove

1 starI have purchased from Thirdlove online company 3 times over a 2 year period. I chose to use them for the convince of online ordering, however I have found their products to be of Incredibly poor quality. The items are made in ******* for pennies and sold at inflated prices in North America. Their shipping is long and consistently later than their advertised deliver time. Their online customer service is rude, unhelpful, slow and accusatory. I requested a refund for 4 bras - all of which the underwire had poked through the fabric after less than 3 months of use. I sent photos to back up my claim to the customer service department clearing showing each bra layer out in one on top of the other.. The customer service response accused me of photographing the same bra several times??? which is impossible when all 4 bras were lined up in the one photograph. Their response, (and I quote from the customer service email) - You must have not washed or cared for the bras appropriately, please provide 'evidence' of how you washed and cared for the bars. I was astonished when the photograph clearly displayed 4 individual bras with the underwire poking through all line up in one photograph. (if I could attached photos on this review - I would include it). I will never deal with this company again. In my opinion and experience of Thirdlove are fraudulent, they sell inferior, low quality items manufactured in ******* at inflated prices, they do not back up their product, their shipping is slow and consistently late, nor do they provid any level of acceptable customer service.ThirdLove

1 starThey sold me a bra with the strap sewn in twisted, it was too uncomfortable to wear. When I contacted them about replacing, refunding or credit due to their manufacturing defect, they refused. The bras were otherwise extremely cheaply made. Will not be ordering again, mostly due to their poor manufacturing and their unhelpful customer service.ThirdLove

1 starGreat product, but horrible customer service on the sense of an order. I've been a customer for a couple of years. I love their product. I recently put an order in on EST and noticed that when the order was confirmed that the address was incorrect where it was being sent. That was my error. However, they have nothing on the site to update an order. I sent a text message right away to inform them I needed to update the address. Since they are on PST I missed the hour cut off to change the order. Was told that they could not update the ********. Very disappointing to say the least.ThirdLove

1 starThirdLove sent me a 15% off coupon to use for items left in my cart. When I used the coupon the price was higher than without the coupon. The reason I left the items behind was because the sale price totaled $99 for * **** on a reasonable salefree shipping kicks in at $100. I in the process of losing weight and really dont need any additional undergarments. I thought about adding a *** extender, but they dont offer any.ThirdLove

1 starThird Love bras are a horrible company that verges on scam!1. I ordered 3 bras. Only tried on one. Had issues with it so I contacted the company to start the return process that on their own site says they do, but they they tell me no they won't take back one of the two unworn bras (all three bras were the EXACT same except for color, that's it; same model different colours, but they refused) That's the first issue.2. The bra is horribly uncomfortable -- think of wearing rough wool against a very sensitive area!3. The straps are ridiculously too LONG. The only way around this is to cut and fix yourself, for the price you pay for a bra, you should not have to fix it yourself! This is because ring splitting the strap adjustment so it creates additional unnecessary length to an already terrible adjustment set-up.4. The reviews on the site look like the bras are great, but if you leave a poor review, they DELETE it. That is SCAM!5. Horrible company to deal with and scammy set up with fake reviews. never again! We understand that it is the same model as the other 24/7 Classic Uplift Plunge Bras, however this color was on Final Sale. Final Sale items are items that are either not going to be replenished, or have large enough of a discount that they cannot be returned or exchanged. We thought it was very important to be as transparent as possible about the items being Final Sale which is why we included this information on the product page for each item. The verbiage also appeared on the checkout page and also in the order confirmation email you were sent after placing your order. We also had several links available on our website which linked to the terms and conditions for the sale. 1 starBUYER BE AWARE I would recommend only purchasing within the company's set business hours, if you want the ability to cancel your order. I sadly did not know/see this in the refund policy. I would not recommend this business I honestly feel scammed/cheated out of my choice to make a purchase with the way the pay promts are arranged with the promotional 15% off discount. (Also the promotional 15% off is unable to combine with the $50 off when you purchase over $250 in product)ThirdLove

For clarification, in an effort to ensure all of our orders are shipped out and received in a timely manner our system only allows us a small window to make any changes to an order. After this window is closed, we are blocked from taking any action due to system limitations we cannot bypass. Looking into when your order was placed, it was placed outside of our business hours, which is why we were unable to cancel it immediately within that cancellation window that we allot. Additionally, as it was placed outside of our business hours, by the next day when we got in, it was already outside of our cancellation window. We do sincerely apologize though for any inconvenience that you felt during this process or by this policy as that is never our intention.
