Hello ******, my name is ****** and I am a member of our Leadership Team here at ThirdLove. I had a chance to review everything in your review along with the initial email that you sent with the photos of the underwire. It does look like we assisted you through chat and our Design Team reviewed the photos of the underwire. We followed up with you via email on August 4th, 2024 regarding your concerns. After careful review by our Design Team, this is not considered to be a defect with the product due to this being an intentional design. We provide the underwire some space to move to ensure that our bras provide the best support for as long as possible while the fabric naturally breaks down as you wear it. If the underwire were unable to move, the friction from the motions of your daily activities as well as being laundered could cause the underwire to pop out much more quickly and you'd have to replace the bra much more frequently. I understand any frustration that you may have regarding this and your feedback will be passed along further to the appropriate teams. Zero is what i think they are deserving of. Very poor customer service. You have to pay to speak to a live agent. I ordered 2 bras, one came out of the box with what looks like dried snot all over one of the cups. Wanted to report and get an appropriate response. Well that seems impossible to do. Just enter your credit card number and you can speak to an agent!! Just ridiculous! Im done with this company and will make sure everyone I know is aware of the shoddy customer service technique. I dont believe you deserve 1 star from me right now I have ordered in the past and never have had an issue ordering as of lately. Tried to put in an order the last few days and all of them were cancelled immediately for no reason. They told me it was a fraud charge in the email. So they told me to contact my bank. My cards were working just fine at ******* and ********** So, my banks and cards are safe. I have used AfterPay and thats what I used with my cards attached that were working perfectly fine but thats not the issue here. I kept asking customer service if they flagged or blocked me from purchasing. **************** was zero help. I find their product nice but this changes things for me. I feel discriminated against and incredibly disappointed. I have the money for them and Im not a fraud! I hope you make this right or this will be the last time I do business with your company.ThirdLove Response

If there is an issue with shipping, you will not find anyone who can help you. I reached out 6 times, through email, text, and their chat feature (which is currently out of service), but they haven't done anything. They responded one time, saying they need to discuss the issue with their team, but I haven't heard anything back since. It seems once the order leaves their facility, then they no longer want to take responsibility for it. I still haven't received my order, there has been no movement on it with the shipping company (its just been sitting at a shipping facility in ************* for 3 weeks), and there has been no communication. My only recourse is to get the order reversed through the credit card company (At least I signed up for premium insurance, so I know that won't be an issue) . All they needed to do was respond, provide some kind if assurances and updates, but instead I get nothing. Also, their products aren't exactly cheap, so I really expected more for the price you're paying.ThirdLove Response

Be wary of their "100% Fit Guarantee". When I received my size Large bra, chosen according to their size chart, it was too tight. The only guarantee I got from a Third Love representative was that I could not return or exchange because it was a final sale. I did not see that when I purchased it. She would not consider any way to make this sale right; instead she suggested that I donate the bra to a women's homeless shelter. While women's homeless shelters are necessary organizations, that is no way to run a business -- unless they want to lose a customer, which they have.ThirdLove Response

I placed an order literally this morning and used the wrong card info. I see their police is a 50 min grace ****** after ordering but you must contact customer service to get it cancelled. HOW does that make sense???? Now I have to wait for the order to be fulfilled and go through another week or of having to return stuff and get my money back. As we do not have the ability to edit payment methods once an order has been placed, the order would need to be cancelled and re-ordered. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it is outside of that 50 minute grace ****** or outside of our regular business hours of 8am - 7pm PT as the order information is then sent to our fulfillment centers to be processed; any changes made outside of that time frame may not stick and the order may still ship out. Third Love sells poor quality and falsely advertised junk underwear made from toxic materials ... email customer service was snarky and insincere, not all all concerned with the customer and just repeated in different ways (in circles) that they would not allow the return of toxic nylon underwear with no cotton lining (which is very toxic) and just directed me to buy more from their company I agree with all others here that the service is awful and products even worse. I prefer to shop from companies that only provide quality items ( not maybe some good and some absolute junk so you never know what you're going to get) and care about their customers and not just making money.ThirdLove Response

************* They "fit" you, and you buy the size they recommend, and it's way too small. No problem - they advertise free returns. The returns are not free. They charge $5.99 for the return. That is fraudulent advertising. Someone needs to *** them on a class action basis, so that they change the fraudulent advertising on their web page. Don't do business with them.ThirdLove Response

I placed an order and as soon as I hit submit, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I tried to chat with someone on their website, but its a chat not available. I tried chatting every 15 minutes for two hours only to realize that this is a **********-based company and nobody was there at the time. Finally out when someone was available to chat. They said I could only change my order within the first hour of placing it. How could I change it within the first hour with no one is there? I have been patiently waiting for my order to be delivered, but it hasnt moved in six days. Its lost someplace in ********. Terrible company dont recommend.ThirdLove Response

I have purchased from Thirdlove online company 3 times over a 2 year period. I chose to use them for the convince of online ordering, however I have found their products to be of Incredibly poor quality. The items are made in ******* for pennies and sold at inflated prices in North America. Their shipping is long and consistently later than their advertised deliver time. Their online customer service is rude, unhelpful, slow and accusatory. I requested a refund for 4 bras - all of which the underwire had poked through the fabric after less than 3 months of use. I sent photos to back up my claim to the customer service department clearing showing each bra layer out in one on top of the other.. The customer service response accused me of photographing the same bra several times??? which is impossible when all 4 bras were lined up in the one photograph. Their response, (and I quote from the customer service email) - You must have not washed or cared for the bras appropriately, please provide 'evidence' of how you washed and cared for the bars. I was astonished when the photograph clearly displayed 4 individual bras with the underwire poking through all line up in one photograph. (if I could attached photos on this review - I would include it). I will never deal with this company again. In my opinion and experience of Thirdlove are fraudulent, they sell inferior, low quality items manufactured in ******* at inflated prices, they do not back up their product, their shipping is slow and consistently late, nor do they provid any level of acceptable customer service.ThirdLove Response
