Form swift charges in October 2023, I was looking to copy my transcript from university that I attended. While doing this there was a pop-up that asked if I wanted to join form swift to get a copy of my transcript and I said yes and it was $1.95 so I clicked on it. I never received my transcript. I called. I got no answer. I made several attempts to call and was directed to a website for sending an email. I emailed a note. I did not get an answer. I emailed them again and I got an answer said that the case was reviewed and then closed, continued to get these charges and tried to reach out again and was not unsuccessful. I reached out to my credit card company ***** and they told me that I had to stop it from my end and I asked if I can have them just stop collecting charges. They said they were not able to do that. In April 2023, my son, daughter-in-law, and I signed paperwork for our home. We think this issue began with that signing. I am vision impaired and didn't catch that ************************** was charging me monthly charge until my 9/2024 Discover statement. I filed a claim with Discover Card on 10/16/24. Discover staff told me it was a recurring charge with the 1st charge showing on 4/2/23, for $1.95, and a 2nd charge on 4/9/23, for $37. And I have been charged $37 every month since. I tried working with FormSwift and finally, I did receive a refund of 6 of the 20 charges. Although I was charged much more and that is what I still dispute. It took a while but we later determined that the account with ********************** was under my son's name. We originally agreed to the $1.95 charge while signing paperwork at the real estate office but he (we) didn't agree to the $37 monthly charge showing up on my account. This company has never sent us anything, and we have never been on their website until trying to get on this month, neither I nor ***** were able to get online to view his so-called account is with them. Other than the DocuSign paperwork at the ******************* when have received NOTHING of value or service from them. Discover Card is still trying to get information from them. The amount below excludes the 6 charges they refunded, so the amount includes the $1.95 charge, plus 13 changes for $37 (15 remaining charges in total). Discover requested info from FormSwift, information on all 20 of the original charges to date they have not received any information. The $1.95 may be a legit change for the DocuSign we did during the closing but the other charges are not valid.Initial Complaint

I have been getting charged $37.00 a month for the past 10 months for a service that I know nothing about. When trying to ****** my subscription, the companies phone system sends me to their website. Once on the website, it ask for you login information. When I type my email in, it states that it is not recognized. So generated an account so that I could follow the directions sent to me to unsubscribe and stop the bogus charges. The reset password function does not work on the website. I have read multiple complaints about this company. Someone needs to stop them. This is theft.Initial Complaint

This about an online company called form swift. I have emailed them several times and gotten numbers to cancel my account. I explained to them that I only wanted the seven day trial and I did not want a subscription. They will not stop taking money out of my account. They give me an email that says to put my Information in between the lines, but I cannot get it to work on any of the They are not reading my emails when I send them back they have taken $37 out of my account three times I want my money back. I do not want a subscription to this place and they will just not stop taking money out. There is no phone number to call them so I am just stuck. I paid $1.95 for a form on formswift and then canceled my subscription 4 days later. I noticed that they had still been billing me for the monthly charge even though I canceled it. They tell me they have no notification that I canceled it, but I did. My situation was supposedly escalated but I have not heard anything back from them. I was not given any contact info for the escalation team even though I asked. I was told I could talk with them after they reach out to me. But of course they haven't and of course I don't have any contact info to get to them. I keep going back to the chat to try and get help as it is the only option. I now have been blocked from using the chat and didn't use any profanity or be rude. I just told them I wasn't getting help and I didn't trust their process due to all the lying and also the reviews of all the people having the same issue. I just want my money back. you can see we didn't use it after the date we canceled it as we didn't need it or know it was still active until I noticed it on our bank statement and then went back a realized they had been charging us for months. Form swift took $21.95 out of my bank account after I been cancelled their free 2 week trail they were offering. I contacted them by email but they were not responding to my emails and I couldn't get through over the phone. This charge was unauthorized considering the fact as stated I been removed the subscription from my account way before they tried to charge me. This is fraudulent behavior. I tried BBB to remove my card attached to my account and it wouldn't allow me to this is suspicious behavior as well. I would like my money back in full to the original payment method that was charged. **** ending in 8447. I would like my concerns to be forwarded to a supervisor the email associated with my account is ************************ they should be able to find my information that way.
