    Oura Ring continues to provide false information on their site as well as advertising on FSA only sites, this product sites that their product can be purchased using FSA Funds, and accepts FSA benefit cards, that is absolutely false they do not accept FSA, nor can they guarantee (because its not) a product that can be reimbursed with receipt submitted to FSA. Its misleading, deceptive, and after mass alerts to the company, the company continue to employ this foul business practice.

    A ring was purchased on November 19, 2023 for $421.58. According to the Oura Ring website, I had until December 27, *************************************************** early December and according to the tracking info available on Ouras website, they received it on December 8, 2023. The package was dropped off at a *** Store location and was picked up later in the day by ***** I gave them the 14 business days to initiate the refund as per the *** section of their site. On December 28, 2023 I contacted customer support for an update on the refund. On January 1, **** they responded that they received the package, but they claimed the ring/accessories were not in the box. I assured them that the ring and all accessories were packaged in the box and returned. On January 2, **** they responded by saying they were escalating the ticket internally. There has been no communication from them since then. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to tell me that there was a problem with the return, and only after I prompted them for an update. As it stands, I have no product and no refund. I am currently the only harmed party here as Oura has my money, and either Oura or a thief has the ring. My only desired resolution is a full refund for the price paid. I do not need nor want anything else from Oura. I have entered a claim with my bank as well to dispute the charge since I have not gotten any sort of satisfactory resolution from Oura.

    I am writing to formally register a complaint against Oura Ring, a company that I have been a loyal customer of for the past five years. My experience with this company over the last six months has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating, prompting me to seek the intervention of the Better Business Bureau.During this period, I have had to reach out to Oura Ring's customer service department on numerous occasions to address persistent issues with my Oura Ring. Regrettably, what began as a genuine attempt to seek assistance quickly devolved into a seemingly endless cycle of unfulfilled promises and evasive responses, spanning a period of three weeks.However, my disappointment did not end there. After a protracted period of futile discussions, I was informed by Oura Ring's customer service team that my product was, in fact, defective. Astonishingly, they also asserted that my warranty had expired, leaving me with a non-functioning $500 product and no viable solution to my problem.This experience has revealed a blatant disregard for customers' rights and well-established warranty terms. It is clear that Oura Ring's business practices are both substandard and unethical, causing me undue stress and dissatisfaction as a loyal customer.I firmly believe that it is incumbent upon your organization, the Better Business Bureau, to address these unethical practices and hold Oura Ring accountable for its actions. As such, I am formally requesting your assistance in securing a full refund of the $500 I invested in my Oura Ring, as it has consistently failed to meet the expected standards of product quality and customer service.It is my hope that this complaint will serve as a catalyst for change within Oura Ring and prevent future customers from experiencing the frustration and disappointment that I have endured. I trust that your organization will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that justice is served.

    I purchased an Oura ring for my wife for Christmas. The company makes it very difficult to buy a ring as a gift given their intentional non-standard sizing. Their advice that one first order their sizing kit makes this very impractical for a gift. Before purchasing I double checked their return policy which states that rings purchased between 11/1 and 12/31 can be returned or exchanged until 1/31/24. Today I used their online return/exchange wizard to initiate an exchange for the right size. The return wizard will not let me do so as it says my order placed on 11/24/23 had to be returned by 1/1/24.

    The return policy for this product is ridiculous. I ordered the ring for my regular ring finger size, making a mistake since it is supposed to be worn on your index finger. I exchanged for my index finger ring size (which I checked) but when it arrived, it was still too small and painful to wear when bending my finger. I contacted customer service and was told I cannot exchange it again. This is a ridiculous exchange policy for an item like a ring. The product is now useless to me and a waste of money. **************** took several follow *** to get a hold of and was not helpful. No number on website to call. Really awful customer experience. Beware when purchasing!

    I ordered an Oura Ring with a sizing kit on 12/17 and paid for next day shipping on the kit which is 1-3 business days. I received a notification that the sizing kit was shipping on 12/18 but by 12/21 all the tracking said was label printed. I spoke with *** and they said the package had not been given to them. I contacted Oura ring and ******** could not have been less helpful. Initially she told me my order hadnt shipped because I hadnt picked a size. Id shed taken more than 2 seconds to look at my order she would have seen that I was waiting on the sizing kit. Once I mentioned that to her she said the shipping and processing would take 3-9 business days. Again, clearly didnt take the time to look at my order and see if paid for expedited shipping which I clearly outlined on my initial contact form. Once I told her this she said they had processed shipping the sizing ************** as standard and the Oura ring would be expedited. It is clearly stated on the website expedited shipping only applies to the first product shipped and the *** tracking clearly states the ring sizing kit was expedited shipping. The issue is Oura ring hasnt given the ring to ***. Instead of addressing the issue ******** continues to give me cookie cutter responses that dont do anything to remedy the problem and waste my time.

    I purchased a charger for my Oura Ring on November 1st, it was sent to me, but returned to the supplier without being delivered. My credit card was charged on the same date. I already requested reshipment to another address, but after asking me for the new address via email, no other information was sent to me. Without the charger, the ring completely loses its function. I Just want to receive the charger so my ring can get back to inform me my sleep data.

    Bought the ring in 2022 The ring only holds its charge for 2 days now.Yesterday the ring charger stopped working, I emailed customer service and they told me too bad its out of warranty. I believe this company is selling a faulty product that only lasts a year, they should advertise this fact so we know not to spend our money.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The charger was one of my problems, the second part of the complaint is not being addressed!!

    The ring currently holds a charge for 2.5sh days.
    The ring is under two years old, fix my ring, replace it or refund my money.

    Your product should work for longer than 1.8 years at full capacity or you should have to advertise that the ring needs to be replaced every two years.

    On November 24 2023 order # SO-******** was placed via the Oura Ring website (********************************) and I immediately was charged $448.68 by Ouraring ***** and received a confirmation email stating "Your order is being processed". However 17 days have now passed and per the tracking # (dhlglobal Tracking Number: **********************) provided by Oura, this initial sizing kit order was never actually shipped out. As of today 12/11/2023 (17 DAYS LATER) I've made several attempts to contact **** Support requesting this order be cancelled and refunded, but have received no response. Also discovered there is no way to contact Oura by phone, the phone number they provide with order details (Ouraring **** ***************) simply plays a recorded message and disconnects the call. Their website states online order support requests will be responded to within 2 business days - this is FALSE. Each attempt to contact Oura via the website produces an automated ticket confirmation email but no actual response or action is taken by the company. As of today 12/11/2023 the sizing kit has not shipped. I expect a full refund of the $448.68 and this order should be cancelled immediately.
