    I was super excited to become more in tune with my health stats with this product but I have been severely disappointed and I dont even have the ring yet. I ordered a sizing kit over 2 weeks ago for the Gen3 ring sale and submitted the size 2 weeks ago now. I was supposed to receive my ring this past Wednesday and I have received NO communication or emails regarding this. I went on the website to contact customer support to find that they have NOTHING efficient. Just a chat with a bot that takes forever to get you to an actual person and then they take forever to respond or you get disconnected. I was told that the color and size Ive chosen is out of stock. Why havent I received any information about this?! Were they just going to keep my money?! As I was trying to resolve this issue I was disconnected from the chat. EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed in this company. Hoped for better things but I will be looking to return this scam before even receiving the product. Ridiculous charging this much money for a high quality product that isnt even in stock and having no way to contact efficient and effective customer service for help. Do better.

    Let me start off by stating that I have referred probably 10 people to buy an Oura ring because I liked their product so much. I do not feel I could ever do that again because of their customer service. Customer service should be easy to find on a website and should start off with a customer service phone number. Instead, I had to go back and forth with emails. Nothing that I was told to do in those emails worked, including a lame video of tapping the charger on a table to get it to work.
    I spent about half a grand for my second Oura ring just last September. In March their app told me to update my ring. When I did the update, my ring stopped working. All their suggestions to fix it in emails did nothing. The ring worked for six months. The company didn’t even respond to my last two emails. Great way to treat someone that loved their product and encouraged others to buy one. Only buy the Oura Ring if you can afford to throw away $500 because it is very clear the company doesn’t care about their customers.

    I have not yet received my Ring and am profoundly disappointed with their customer service. Despite being promised two-day shipping, three days have elapsed without receipt of the product. Upon emailing the "Orders" support address, I received a response indicating that their support system had been upgraded to a "more customer-friendly" platform. However, it is impossible to communicate with a human representative, as the system only responds with repetitive automated messages. Just looking for a shipping refund.........

    I purchased my Oura ring 4 back in December ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** when I was not feeling good which was pretty accurate but my issue was when my Oura Ring 4 was stolen I tried to contact customer service and when I finally got a hold of somebody they tell me well the only solution is to purchase a new ring and they would give me $50 off and that's all they can do I paid $477 for my ring from their company so now I would have to buy a brand new one for $420 that is absolute BS and I know the product has a 1-year warranty and I only had it for a little over 3 months and the thing I don't understand is they can clearly see someone else linked to my ring and I'm sure they let them because I got signed out for my app automatically and it has a GPS on it

    After wearing the Oura Ring for six months, I can confidently say Im very disappointed both in the physical quality and the data it provides. I upgraded to the rose gold version, and the finish has not held up at all. Its now scratched, tarnished, and has taken on a greenish tint definitely not what I expected for the price ******** for the insights, theyre underwhelming. Aside from sleep tracking (which is fairly solid), the ring provides minimal meaningful feedback. My Apple Watch does a far better job with activity tracking, heart rate insights, and overall health data. The Oura Ring feels more like a trendy accessory than a true health tool.Its being promoted as a powerful wellness tracker, but in reality, it doesnt offer medical-grade insights or the actionable data it claims to. Unless your only interest is tracking sleep, I wouldnt recommend it.

    Before the *** 4 ring, I would have given them a 5 star rating. Fist, my charger stopped working (everything is still under warranty). They sent a new one. My ring stopped connecting, then completely died, with the new charger. I am 27 emails in, back and forth and now all of a sudden, after asking me if I wanted to process the return of the ring and the charger, they need to escalate my issue. It appears to me the escalation is an attempt to push the time frame so my warranty runs out. I NEVER had this issue with my previous Oura Rings or their customer service. I will update if they do the right thing.

    If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I bought this ring to replace an Apple Watch for fitness, health and sleep tracking. After having this ring for a couple weeks everything worked well. I pay a monthly membership fee for the app that is supposed to connect to the ring at all times. However the ring disconnects, needs the charger to reconnect to the phone and who carries this bulky charger everywhere with them to reconnect the ring!? Whenever I speak to **** on the app he gives a list of things to do to fix the issues and after explaining nothing helps I get no help. I paid half a grand for this ring and will never EVER recommend this ring to anyone. I thought about buying it for my parents because as they age I worry and itll track their sleep and health in that sense. However Ill never recommend this ring to anyone. Save yourself the money. Plus this company will flop in a few years. They have a list of problems with this ring on their website and still nothing is fixed. If that doesnt tell you all you need to know.

    I made an order (Order #: SO-********) and three days after getting it decided that I did not like it. As per policy I returned the ring and have been waiting for a refund since the 10th of March. The chat box is very unhelpful, I never get responses to contact requests and at this point I am very angry. They need to get some customer service from real people and give my back my hard earned money. This has been nothing but a headache. This company has been nothing but awful to work with.the original response from them on Trustpilot:"Hi, Hannah.I'm truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with your refund. I completely understand how upsetting this situation is, especially given the amount of time you've been waiting and the difficulty in getting answers.I was to assure you that you are being heard and I am here to help. I have escalated your ticket to our internal specialists and have highlighted it to our senior agents to ensure it gets the attention it deserves. Rest assured your case is being actively worked on, and our specialist team will be in touch with you via email shortly to update you.We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. I'll do everything I can to make sure this is taken care of as quickly as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns. - *******, Oura Social Support Team."I have been forced to put in a dispute with my *** card and have the proof from the tracking page with the shipping details showing it arrived to them on the 10th AND I have screenshots of this and their return policies. As of 4/3/2025 it has been a week since I was told I would get a response, STILL NOTHING. I even tried through the ** chat bot AG**N. I am waiting for the dispute to come through at this point.

    Horrible customer service, it’s taken weeks to communicate via email and they just keep repeating themselves. No progress has been made to file an in warranty claim, my product is malfunctioning. I would not support this business if you are looking to use their product long term, as advertised.

    I purchased the Gold Oura 4 ring recently and their marketing team should be sued for fraud. The color of this ring - in no way - resembles what I received in the mail. This looks like a child fidget spinner. It's already scratched after wearing it for one day. I would usually just send it back but I've been a loyal Oura wearer for years and my husband's ring from five years ago looks more sleek and expensive than this piece of garbage plastic. I did some research online and there are ******* vidoes, tik toks, reddit posts and so much more warning people to never purchase this ring because of how cheap and trashy it's become. Don't purchase anything *** 4. It's such a disappointment for a company that used to make such a high quality product.
