      Yelp salespeople are deceptive and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to do what they want. They convinced me to sign up for "free credits" to run ads and upgrade my account even though I told them I did not have any funds to pay. They promised me I would be alerted when the credits ran out so that I wouldn't be charged. Well, they never did and I was charged $922!!!! When I asked for a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, I didn't even get any new business out of it!

      Deleting reviews for no reason- just because they don't like them from a consumer. Seems like a violation of rights. Closed my account and walked away.

      Gave $150 ad credit and then charged $28 after I cancelled the ad.

      No point in trying to post a review when they just take it down. Tried twice to leave my opinion and experience on 2 business just for their moderators to take them down. What a joke and their liars. They aren't on someone's side, their on the business/company side. Thats beyond bs. Yelp, ******, here on bbb, and any other site that let's you post a review should leave people's reviews alone NO MATTER WHAT IT WHAT IT SAYS! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and experience, otherwise companies would only get 5 stars and that's beyond unfair. Sick of bbb also not posting my reviews or taking them down for no reason. All these companies need to do better and get better employees/customer service. Leave people's reviews alone including mine!

      Yelp specified a Yelp Guarantee that does not have a department to handle the Guarantee, I was told. I filed for that Guarantee in September and have not heard anything back!

      You dropped my review HQ: ******** with totally discussing explanation:-We typically remove content that looks like it is posted by someone who might have a relationship with the business that prevents them from writing a fair review (such as current or former employees, applicants seeking employment, family members, competing businesses, or business-to-business), even if they describe firsthand ************** this case, it looks like you might have a conflict of interest. -I posted the review and not related to anybody from that Compony. Where do you see the conflict of interests. You cover scammers and if they will continue to scam anotger landlords it will be your fault as well. Shame on you!

      I am a business owner that used ************************** for their advertising services. I gave Yelp my business credit card information. I later decided to delete my credit card information from their website. Yelp in every way refuses to delete my card information from their website. I can only deactivate my business profile from Yelp after permanently giving them my business card information. Realizing Yelp is not at all accredited with the BBB standards as well.

      WORST " business " I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Compete sh*t show. Been trying to reach a manager for weeks because the people at the phone number are total a$$holes. I dont like to use the word hate but I hate these people.

      DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT advertise with Yelp. This is an absolute Scam and should have a class action lawsuit filed against the company. The leads are only about 10 percent real and the other 90 you are charged for are Spam or actually fake leads. We have proof of this. We also have proof from our clients that when choosing or seeking out ****************** that Yelp conspired to ******* clients with other companies in the same field that they did not contact. This company is not a consumer advocay site and it will rot your business ad budget away. Calls to customer service and management will get word salad emails with absolutely no customer service or baring on what your concern was. We have spent upwards of six figures in the last 5 or 6 years for low quality leads, Leads not meant for us and have literally paid to be spammed endlessly. This company is criminal
