I made an accidental purchase from CloudFlare and they refuse to provide a ********* friend was transferring a web domain to my ownership and I chose CloudFlare since I've heard of the company before. I am unaware of how the process works, and when I went to the website to begin the transfer, it pushed me towards a product called CloudFlare Pro. I simply thought this was part of the transfer process, of which it is not. I accidentally spent $240 for the year-long service. When purchasing or transferring domains, companies usually charge for a year, so I simply thought this was what I was paying for. After spending the money and realizing my mistake, I contacted CloudFlare. They said "Cloudflare only issues refunds in very specific situations, such as fault in service. As this is not the case, we will not be able to attend your request". In my opinion, I would argue it's a "fault in service" to not have a cancellation or refunding process. As someone who is starting a small business, that $240 would have been well spent. I want my money back, there is no reason for me to have CloudFlare Pro at this time. Im not making any progress with support tickets. This reminds me of a situation in 2020 when it took 45 days to resolve a ticket. This company showed up on my credit union account within the last few weeks. My credit union said they don't have them on their system and I needed to get ahold of them. I have tried for 3 days to get it removed from my account with no luck. I can not get through to them because they want me to login with a user name and password which I do not have. I've filed abuse reports multiple times with Clouflare about fastpeoplesearch.io to remove the following links:*********************************************************************************************** ******************************************************************************************* ********************************************************************************************* fastpeoplesearch.io is a *************** selling stolen data acquired through data breaches. They link the data to other data brokers to earn money through affiliate links. The information they are publishing is dangerous and puts my family at risk of violence. Cloudflare is listed as the pass-through host and the data being hosted by fastpeoplesearch.io is clearly not in compliance with *************** However, Cloudflare refuses to take action other than respond with a typical "Not my problem" type of response. This behavior needs to stop and Cloudflare needs to be held accountable for the crime, damage, and threats of violence they are abetting.Initial Complaint

Cloudflare is allowing a business to send mass spam to my company. Cloudflare hosts, or KNOWS WHO HOSTS, Veripages.com Veripages.com has my name listed as related to men I do not know on their website. I've emailed Veripages and Cloudflare numerous times requesting removal of my name from Veripages website due to the false information and association. Veripages will not remove my name from their website, and Cloudflare sends along a cut and paste response stating they may or may not host the website. If Cloudflare is unwilling to remove my name from Veripages, then I want the name of the name or be provided a method of how to remove my name from Veripages website from Cloudflare. Cloudflare maintains a no refund policy. You would have received notices from Cloudflare that your domain(s) were on auto-renew and that if you did not want them auto-renewed, you would need to log into your account to disable the auto-renewal.

I purchased BlxckOneGroup.com from Apple to create a custom email for my start up brand, which will be launching soon. I have decided to create a full website for my brand using the domain name purchased through Apple. It seems Cloud Flare places a 60 day lock on the ability to change name services, which is needed to have the domain hosted elsewhere. I would be willing to keep Cloud Flare as a registrar, however it requires a payment of $200/month to essentially be able to have the capability of building a website.I have reached out to Cloud Fare support and created a P1 ticket a week ago, no response was provided. I have called but they have no phone support, except for "attack" line which instructs people to just open a ticket.Since I purchased the domain through Apple, I did not know who the registrar would be or what the conditions would be.Business Response
