This message pertains to the domain: ********************************. This domain is under the management of CloudFlare. CloudFlare is permitting this domain to continuously send spam emails to us regarding loans for our business. We have made multiple requests for them to cease this activity. However, just a few days later, we receive more emails inquiring if we are certain we want them to stop offering us financial assistance. The domain ******************************** is fraudulent, and CloudFlare is allowing this individual to persist in sending us unsolicited messages. Purchased product for $255.84 and attempted to install on website. It brought the entire website down. I then found that the product was already being used by my host so I could not use the one that I purchased. I contacted them immediately (within the hour), long before the credit charge even cleared, and asked them to refund the money since I could not use the product on my website. They refuse the refund saying they only issue refunds in "very specific situations".Initial Complaint

I am the rightful owner of multiple domains currently registered through Cloudflare Registrar, including:*********************** ***************** ************** ****************** On June 9, 2025, I submitted an initial abuse report via Cloudflares web form regarding unauthorized access to my domains. I followed all instructions provided by Cloudflare, including providing proof of ownership, registration records, and a copy of my government-issued ID. Since then, I have submitted follow-up reports on June 16, 2025, and June 22, ******* date, I have only received three automated reference numbers:[#********][#********][#********]I have not received individualized responses or instructions on how to resolve each domain submitted, nor have I been given access to update or regain control over my accounts. My 2 domains recently got blocked for well said "Phishing" reason by CloudFlare. CloudFlare has a system where you can report sites with. And if the report gets accepted, website shows a warning that the site is dangerous. But, this system has big flaws. First of all, it uses ** to moderate which is really bad. Whatever you type, you can fool ** to make it get accepted. A guy i know has their domain reported with a reason that includes n-words. And the ** literally just accepted it. My domain's report says that it is from "*************************", but that's just a blatant lie. A guy nicknamed "NeseOS" is pushing these reports to our websites and making our websites look dangerous to the customers. I wanted review from ********************** but several days later, still no response. We paid $240.00 for the Pro upgrade in full for the year on 6/2/25 and were never upgraded. I have attempted to contact Cloudflare support for over 2 weeks and no one has replied. I emailed, I opened support cases, I have tried reaching out on Discord on their worker's community, and post on the Cloudflare community forms for my posts to be ignored or closed. I can not get anyone from Cloudflare to respond to me yet alone help me. We again paid for a pro service in full for the year and we are not being provided the service we paid for. cloudflare and ***************** have displayed peoples personal whereabouts such as an address along with a map and how to get there, opening doors to invasions, stalkers etc.just because someone registers of what party they prefer DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE SAYING POST THE WHEREABOUTS TO ANYONE OUT THERE WITH A MENTAL DYSFUNCTION I have taken steps to alert the ftc and fcc, cloudflare has a privacy policy which they do not follow its all smoke and mirrors. these are pure idiots who think they know everything but know nothing.There are certain federal laws out there against this type of behavior.
