Fraudulently added additional service plans to account and refused to acknowledge cancellation even though I received multiple cancellation confirmations from the company. Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against Cloudflare regarding unauthorized charges and failure to cancel a subscription for their R2 Object Storage service.We subscribed to this service but were unable to use it and requested cancellation.Despite multiple attempts to contact Cloudflare, our subscription was not canceled.The Cloudflare billing panel continues to generate invoices, but no active subscription appears on our account.Since May 2024, Cloudflare has charged us monthly for a service we do not use.We have repeatedly requested cancellation and a refund, but Cloudflare has failed to resolve the issue and continues to bill us. Additionally, we are unable to manually cancel the service through our account.This practice is misleading and unfair, as customers should not be charged for a service they cannot cancel. My name is ******, and I own an online wedding signage company called *************** (***************). While researching my business on ******, I discovered a shop that has stolen 610 of my products, including photos, descriptions, and my business name (*************************). They are falsely advertising these items as wholesale. When I tried to contact them, their contact page was a broken link. They are infringing on ************* intellectual property and impersonating my business. Im concerned that customers may be misled into thinking they can get a better deal, only to end up not receiving any products, or worse being used to get their credit card information! This website is a scam, and I urgently need help to have it taken down. I don't have a contact or email, it appears they are using WordPress for their **************************** for their network services. I am reporting an issue that is severely impacting my business operations. My website, **************************, has been flagged with a phishing warning by Cloudflare, despite extensive verifications showing no malicious activity or content on the site. This unjustified alert is causing my customers to lose trust and avoid visiting or making purchases, resulting in significant financial harm to my business.I have conducted multiple checks to verify the security and integrity of my website:1. Security Tools Used: Tools such as Sucuri and ****** Search Console confirmed that there is no malware or malicious content on the domain.2. I am HUMAN. The CloudFlare security bot that monitors their customers Internet traffic is a total waste of time. Cloudflare is selling their customers a product that does not work and inflicts harm and losses not only to the customers they are ripping off but also to legitimate patrons of their customers. Because the highly dysfunctional system they have implemented to verify Internet traffic is legitimately human browser traffic and not software generated traffic attempting to crawl web pages can not do so, they are in all respects stealing from their customers and hurting legitimate Internet users from accessibility. I am not turning off my legal and appropriately used vpn, nor am I turning off my legal and appropriately used advertising filters. I am also not going to purchase super fast high speed data service in an attempt to alleviate the pain and frustration they inflict upon myself through their laughably ineffective attempt to determine my humanity. Companies such as this are a severe hindrance to our country's economy in many ways not to mention the complete waste of electrical power being generated to needlessly and repetitively drive the endless loop of human verification which Cloudflare is completely unable to do. They are a scam of unimaginable proportions!
