    Hello,Since January 2021 have been trying to report the domains poo.com,quicksnapchat.com,htmlchat.org for operating a chat room that regularly harassed me to the point of severe mental distress I wont go into detail because I dont want another incident of the police showing up at my door for trying to be a good citizen and reporting bad people online.Despite making multiple reports during these horrible two years cloudflare has chosen to ignore every signle one of them, it shows how couldflare will go above and beyond to protect illigle websites and allow them to continue.In Complaint: ******** Cloudflare lied to me pretending they received my report when nothing was ever dont about it iv also contacted Digital Ocean and Register4Less but they said to contact cloudflare.Its sad that these big tech companies will go above and beyond to protect abusers yet censor people for the most redicilious reasons and blacklist genuine users from websites by accusing them of "being a bot" with their failed DDOS protection that only aims to protect abusive people online and punish everyone else.

    Not once has cloudflare ever responded to any of my abuse reports once again im being told the same lies I was told in my previous complaint I submitted months ago,

     

    I would have thought giving the serious nature of this that Cloudflae would show some respect and common human decency and investigate my reports instead of ignoring them

     

    Cloudflare has a histroy of protecting abusive websites.

     

    I understand your not the host but that doesn't give you an excuse to ignore abuse reports and as stated I contacted both Digital Ocean and Register4Less and they said to contact Cloudflare.

     

    I Will be rejecting anymore auto generated bot replies.

    We are unable to diagnose the situation with the limited amount of information provided. How are you able to determine Cloudflare is responsible for these pop *** on your phone? Can you please provide proof?

    From my understanding, if there is a pop up on your phone then have you tried taking your phone to wireless carrier? We will need definitive information on how you were able to determine these pop *** are related to Cloudflare.

    BackMarket is a recycler of consumer electronics. I have used three other similar services successfully. Their web page offer cash for qualified products. After setting up an account ; identifying eligible products; and submission of condition description, a shipping label is provided, the item sent, and if accepted, confirmation of value. If this case, the initial notice was NOT a cash value, but a coupon for purchase of other items from the company. Only after detailed search of the web page was payment instruction, and they demanded ACH back information, SSN, and a photo ID. No prior company has engaged in this form of bait and switch, or required submission of sensitive information at risk for significant loss in the event of a *************** breach. The payment terms should have been required during account set up, not after shipment, and had they been I would not have used this business. Enquiry at their support email produced only a reference to the "terms and conditions" . The description of requiring ACH is buried in that document,ent. I have requested return of my items , and this request has been ignored.

    I am rejecting this response because: The web site I am complaining about does not provide a business address, and the only tools I have to register a complaint with BBB are the site provider (you) and Whatis web page, which only lists GoDaddy. It appears to me that the site blackmarket.com is hiding to avoid confrontation of highly suspicious and in my opinion fraudulent business practices. The protection afforded to businesses that host web [pages are afforded first amendment protections, but not protection from fraudulent or other dishonest practices. I believe that you do have a moral and possibly legal obligation to identify the business . I have twice advise Tham to cancel the transaction and return my items, but they have ignored me and sent the item to a refurbisher, who allegedly has paid them for the item. I have directly contacted the refurbisher, and requested cancellation of the transaction.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are still stonewalling the effort to deliver the complaint to the responsible party Backmarket. The connection between Backmarket and Cloudshare is not a figment of my imagination. Consumers, such as myself , are advised to accept security certificates (designated by https://) when using sites to conduct business. The blackmarket.com site has a certificate identified as from cloud share. **********, however offers no security to the user when they obscure legitimate attempts to contact their client after that business ignores valid communications to cancel an order. I have attached copies of BB complaints to the business affiliated with Backmarket, and what appears to be a BBB page for Backmarket. In think the ** BBB should be sure to publish this complaint so that other consumers are aware of the lack of actual security from web page certificates.

    As previously mentioned the domain blackmarket.com is not associated with Cloudflare or even using our services. If you can provide evidence on how this domain is associated with us then that would be helpful.

    The domain doesn't resolve to an IP address and the nameservers aren't even using Cloudflare. I also checked their Registrar and it's not even associated with us.

    As for right now there is nothing we can do since it's not on our network.

    This item said 100% satisfaction. Theyre door stills which are suppose to magnetically stick to car door sill. They do not stick to my car door sill. I contacted them. They said they would correct issue. After 2 months I received email saying they would not refund me and just offer me a 15% discount on future orders.

    I do not accept this explanation from them as they over see and receive money from this company. They are 2 in the same. They should be reaching out to them telling them to rectify the situation instead of saying basically were just the parent company. We just get paid for the products they sell. This company has no physical address under CARDERN. So makes it difficult to file complaints against them. And easy for them to cheat consumers. I have provided a photo of letter they send in which they said to allow them to rectify the situation. Which then was followed by another saying were not refunding you. Where their site says 100% guaranteed. In which I provided earlier photos of.

With regard to the Complainant's issue, we are not the proprietors of the website CARDERN.COM; thus we are not able to assist them with addressing their issue with regard to the product that they purchased from that website. We simply provide infrastructure services for the website. The Complainant will need to contact the administrator of CARDERN.COM directly to resolve their issue with regard to the product or service that they received from them.     Please note we are not the owners of the domains you mentioned but we only provide security services. This means we do not have access to the domain's inbox if you tried to contact them. You did file an abuse report with Cloudflare and it was already processed. Like I mentioned before this was filed under the 'General' category and we passed this to the host to make the final determination if any action is needed. If you have another report that falls under a different category then we can provide you the host contact information and you can work with them in resolving the issue.

    I Was Never Giving Any Response To Any Of My Abuse Reports Or Information About The Case **ing Escalated To The Host I Also Was Never Giving Details About The Hosting Provider Everywhere Iv Checked Online Tells Me Cloudflare Is The Host.

    While It May ** Possible The Clouldfare's Proxy Hides The Host Name I Was Never Informed Via Email When I Lodged My Abuse Reports Therefore I Would Not ** Able to Know If There Is A Third Party Host Which May ** Digital Ocean Looking At Whats Stated On The poo.com Webpage.

    I Will Accept The Responses Above If I Know For Shure That Cloudflare ****************** With The Domains, However Its Difficult To Tell As Nothing Was Communicated To Me At The Time I Lodged MyReports.

    All of our 'general' complaints gets forwarded to the host and you do not get notified since it is up to the host make a determination to take action. We do not provide the host info for 'General' reports but we are happy to provide you the host info if your report falls under a different category. Like I mentioned before, we forwarded your report to the host and there is nothing we can do in the mean time. The host will decide if any action is needed on the domain. Also we will not be providing you the host information since this is a 'General' abuse report.

    I am not a business and don't have a business. I first noticed the issue a couple of weeks ago, at first I thought it was my computer so I had my computer company run some tests my laptop is fine.I never signed The sites I have been using for years are now suddenly blockedsites like the chewy, my delta sky miles, etc. I never signed up for this site, when I called support after about 10 tries I finally got through to someone who said it was probably the site itself. That is ridiculous, why all of a sudden? ******* on the phone told me I would have to call the ll sites, which is so stupid. All the sites can not be doing this. I WOULD LIKE SOME HELP FROM THE BBB WITH THIS ISSUE PLEASE.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble but can you please provide steps to recreate the issue? How are you able to determine this is a Cloudflare issue? What are the URLs you're trying to visit?


    From your explanation we wouldn't block your IP from visiting a site. That is up to the domain owner to block certain IP and you will need to contact them about your issue.
