    Magnificent service and operation. No matter where you look these days its a whole bunch of lies and deceptive techniques just to grab your money. All the micro text that you dont even know existed until the time comes. These people are not like the rest. I really did not expect them to be of any help but they did just what they promised. I am super grateful for that. Will definitely get everyone I know to sign up with them.

    My iPad stopped working and I filed a claim with Akko. The representative who assisted me was very courteous and extremely expedient. My case wasnt a regular one when the claim was approved, I was out of the country. I asked the representative to hold the exchange until I returned, and she kindly did so. Upon my arrival, I received the payment without any issue. As usual, Akko responded promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
