      I was trying to fill out an application for a Cardless credit card today on July 4th and Im getting an error message saying they cant verify my identity and it not letting me do it again . Im lifted the freeze all the credit bureaus . And plaid is not letting me me do it again . Please fix this error

      My checking sustained two fraudulent charges within a month of each other. I filed disputes with my bank for the charges. They were noted as Pay by Bank and included a unique series of letters. When I inquired with my bank about the strange vendor they told me it was ************************. After Googling, the only connection I could find was Venmo. After finally getting live support from ***** they confirmed these charges were not through them. In the interim, the money was credited back to my checking after my bank had filed against the company. While I have my money back Im upset that this happened and the headaches it caused for me with held and suspended accounts while resolving. My primary issue here is I am unable to get an answer on what connected app these charges originated from as I am unaware of any other app I use, utilizing ************************ except Venmo whod Id ruled out. If I cant find who the vendor is, I cant terminate or secure my account to ensure this doesnt happen again. I have no knowledge of any of my other apps using plaid but I hadn't known Venmo did either as its a buried/background app to the main app in use. I have attempted to get an answer from ************************** to no avail. They make no effort to provide live support for fraud sustained through them. It is unacceptable to do this to customers who arent even primary customers but use the service unknowingly. In screenshotting my checking to show the refunded charges sustains through plaid $146 & $157, I see theyre trying to fraudulently charge me again! All while being completely unresponsive!

      I have been contacted multiple times from a company that is calling themselves Plaid Financial Collections representing ****** and *****. They sounded legitimate after telling me they were filing with Riverside County court and I thought they were being fraudulent but then I received a call from Riverside County Clerks office, so I called back Plaid financial and I made a payment. They had informed me they would send me a receipt for the payment but they didn't. Then I got another call from them last week saying they have another judgement being filed against me and so I also paid that. Again, she said they would send me a receipt but I had to call her back and request it because I had not received it yet. I finally got the receipt and it looks FAKE. First off, they entered a website **************************** which does not exist. They mispelled my name which may be a non-issue but it is mispelled none the less. The name on the receipt is not from anyone I had spoken to etc.... They are saying the company they represent is ****** and *****, but I have not been able to find matching information that is on the receipt. I would like a letter of explanation of chrages from them, which I asked for and they tried to say they already sent me one so they were going to file it with the County of *********.

      I have had to use Plaid to verify my bank account for the purpose of a loan on more than one occasion. Each time after verification goes through, I change my bank password and log in questions. For several days after using plaid, they attempt to login to my bank account again when they have absolutely no reason to be getting in my account. I get alerts from my bank letting me know. This has happened several times, always from the same IP address and city/state and it always coincides with using Plaid. The most recent time, I waited a few days to change my password because I got busy. I checked my bank log and found out they accessed my account a few times a day each day until I changed it. After I changed it, I got a failed log in attempt where they tried again.

      Plaid is suppose to connect my bank to *********************. When they send me my phone number for authentication they instead send me three unrecognizable number to choose from. Which is keeping me from transferring my funds.

      Plaid appears to have my financial information which includes my bank. Bank institution, bank balances, and I believe my logins without my approval and permission. My companies expense reimbursement was denied because this company was confirming my identity. This company has 0 phone numbers and have not responded to the several tickets I created to them to delete my confidential data ASAP. I never authorized them.

      Email received for redirecting payments for a student loan that doesn't exist. Never had any business with Plaid or any of it's affiliate companies. Don't have any outstanding student loan debt and they are reporting about ************* and advising to send payments to **** (again no affiliations). Reported as SPAM due to Phishing for unsubstantiated financial gain.

      Just had to use PLAID for back transfer - I noticed PLAID sending email to the incorrect email address ( somehow ****** sent it to me - my name with the period in the email address was omitted) - I checked all institutions PLAID shows connected to the service and all have the correct email. I have shared each security code to Plaid - stating that the two messages had different email addresses signifying a potential security issue.       My landlord requires that I link my bank account information using PLAID. However, PLAID has disconnected my account from there system. I have called my bank ***** several times and they have stated that there is no issue or restrictions on my account and that I need to contact PLAID. I require a resolution from PLAID in order to reconnect my bank so I am able to pay my rent. Since they have disconnected my bank, I have occurred unnecessary late fees due to their system not working.

      Plaid refuses to offer a customer service where people can contact ********************** to resolve financial issues and linking bank accounts, I have money in an account and ********************** is the company that authorizes the link. PLAID is not allowing me to input my CORRECT information and prohibiting me to successfully Link the accounts. I will be filing a Lawsuit. PLAID is a SCAM and hides from its users. Accountability is necessary.
