I can really appreciate the honest review from ****************** on 4/26/24.This company in fact is currently advertising on social media (Instagram), what is noted to be the most popular plan $79 medication + nutrition Glad I've dodged a bullet not jumping into something that sounds too good to be true

Hi ***. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. As mentioned to the previous reviewer, we do not have any past or present advertisements that state the medication cost is included in the main health subscription. Under our FAQs on the main website, you can see the answer to "What does my Mochi subscription include?": We offer two different subscription plans for those that are eligible. They are the Nutrition and ********************** plans. Your Nutrition plan includes virtual visits with our dietitian. There will be no medication prescribed as part of this plan. Your ********************** plan will include virtual visits with a Mochi provider and dietitian as well as support from our administrative and prior authorization teams. The cost of the medication itself is not covered by this plan. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Our new and prospective patient support team is happy to answer an questions you may have.

Hi, I am a provider with mochi, I do see these negative reviews regarding monthly subscription prior to medication and understand the frustration from a patient perspective as you have not received the medication/treatment, but are being billed. This is to keep business operating and cover costs of medical planning by physicians, many of which are boarded in obesity medicine and obviously general medicine as well, not to mention back end costs for servicing such as customer service, shipping, compounding medication fees, and full team of staff working on prior authorizations. From a physician perspective, I truly love working for this company. Freedom and ease of telehealth career, decent pay per visit, ability to grow a patient panel and develop continuity and base, as well as the satisfaction of the massive change in peoples' lives with weight loss and better health.

Terrible, terrible, ***************** I had an interview for the company. They took forever to get back to me regarding the second interview- a month. Finally, They offered me the job. I signed the offer letter. Two weeks later, they got back to me about training. I never heard an email back from training start date. Company is a complete scam! Do not work for them!!! The *** and recruiters are very unprofessional and incompetent employees. The *** must be a scammer if she hired them.

They promised a full refund if you cancel before your first virtual visit and 3 months later are still charging my account and havent responded to my request to cancel. Their website makes it very difficult to navigate to customer service. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!1.) False advertising: Advertises monthly plan includes medication at $79/**. This does not include the price of medication. Telehealth appointment is 5 minutes maximum. Medication ranges from an additional $175-$350 per month.2.) I requested paperwork on their non-brand "generic" GLP-1 medication "semaglutide," and they referred me to their fulfilling pharmacy. The pharmacy has gotten back to me saying I need to obtain this information from Mochi. Mochi ignores my requests and continues to contact me for payment for the medication.3.) Horrible customer service. Ignores my simple request for paperwork. Each agent I speak to gives me different information and responses to the same question, ending up referring me back to the pharmacy that I have showed them sent me the reply that Mochi needs to provide the paperwork. The company continues to send messages and call me daily for payment for the medication I am asking for more information about.4.) Alternatively, I requested for my prescription to be sent to me directly, instead of their pharmacy so that I can use a trusted pharmacy (CVS, ********** etc.) to fill it. I am told that will not be possible for their generic "semaglutide" which is why I have been asking for paperwork on it.I find it frightening that anyone would inject a medication into their system without researching if it is *** approved or pay for a medication without receiving paperwork on it.I just wanted to post this so that someone who may not think to vet out a company before buying will consider this before using something as important as medication.

Hi *******. We've reviewed your overall experience and would love to, firstly, apologize for the unnecessary steps our Care Team had you take. We'd love to provide some clarification for as much of your experience as possible. We do not have any past or present advertisements that state the medication cost is included in the main health subscription. Under our FAQs on the main website, you can see the answer to "What does my Mochi subscription include?":We offer two different subscription plans for those that are eligible. The cost of the medication itself is not covered by this plan.Just to give a bit of context, Mochi offers two compounded medication offerings, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Both of these options are a combination of one of the listed active ingredients and then a compounding agent (this varies by pharmacy, but either vitamin B6 or B12). This allows the compounding pharmacy to provide to patients the same active ingredient, and therefore medication, at a much lower cost. The *** does not regulate the compound pharmacies, only the medications they supply. On 4/12 our Care Team provided you with the accreditation information for each pharmacy we currently work with, which is the most information available to provide for the pharmacies themselves. There was definitely a miscommunication on the Mochi Care Teams end. Our Compound Team continued to ask for payment, as that would typically be the next step in the process to access medication. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the learning opportunity for more active listening and genuinely apologize for the amount of times you had to repeat yourself. We only work with our partnered pharmacies for our compounded medication options. That is a fairly standard practice, as most national pharmacies, like CVS or ********** are not able to supply a compounded version of the medication as prescribed. For our team to send your medication to CVS or ********** we could send a generic, such as naltrexone or bupropion, or one of the branded options, such as Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, etc. Compounded medication must be sent to a compound pharmacy. If youd like to read more on the ***s approval of either active ingredient - Semaglutide or Tirzepatide - for the treatment of obesity/weight loss, you can review that information at these links provided or by searching through the ***s website:Semaglutide - ********************************************************************************************* Tirzepatide - **********************************************************************************************
