I started receiving medicine from mochi health 3 months ago, everything was going good until this month I updosed to 1.0 shot and only received a bottle for 0.20 shots..like what!? so of course I contact them, they ignore me for 3 days straight. Then I wake up today to find they completely locked me out of my account and canceled all of my subscriptions instead of giving me a refund or even attempting to help. I will be expecting refunds for all of my orders

I payed for 3 payment and it took 3 months to get so we sent it back. 2 payments of $79 and 1 payment of $99. We got one payment back at last. For $99 . If you want to give your money away they'll take.

I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up for their services, which were pathetically lacking to say the least. In the more than 2 months I have been a member absolutely nothing meaningful has happened. When I canceled my membership yesterday I wasn't any farther in my journey than I was at day one. My spider senses were already on a ****** alert when the promises made after the initial appointment did not occur. I foolishly and somewhat desperately hoped I was making too much of it, I now know I was not. I became dissatisfied with a provider who did not seem to actually be familiar with me. So I chose to change physicians. I made an appointment with the new guy and guess what he canceled minutes before, no explanation, no apologies NOTHING. Oh and of course no response to my query and no refund. I feel I was stupid for falling for what is in .y opinion a shady company.

I prepaid $800 in January for 12 months of continuous tirzepatide. After roughly 3 months the supply stopped for an extended stretchno usable shipment, only recycled status messages. A long gap means you lose dosing momentum and have to re-titrate, so I was forced to move to another provider. I then asked for a straightforward pro-rated refund (~$600 for the 9 undelivered months). They refused, pointing only to a tiny 72-hour no refund clause from the start of the yearmonths after their own failure to continue service. Late product now has zero value to me because continuity (the core thing I paid for) is gone. Based on those facts, it feels crooked to me: theyre keeping nine months of prepaid money for service they didnt deliver. If integrity matters to you, steer clear of this company. Get an ironclad written continuity guaranteeor dont prepay.

I selected Mochi as a possible online provider of GLP medication. I already discussed with my provider getting one of the meds but it was too expensive from my local pharmacy. I tried to obtain cost information beforehand but that was not available until I signed up for their "membership". I signed up for a 3-month membership thinking that it was linked to obtaining medications, but I later learned that is just for their services. I made an appointment with a provider that was a week away only for them to cancel the day before, and then have not other appointments for 9 more days. I expressed my frustration to customer service who later signed me up for another appointment without asking when I might be available. Also, I learned that they would not work with my provider, that any medication provided has to be obtained through their provider and I had to maintain their membership to participate at all. I asked for my money back because at this point I have had nothing but disappointment and had not seen a provider and really had not used any of their services. Well, they have a 24-hour refund policy so they don't have to offer refunds and can keep your money basically without any cause to do so except that I "agreed" to it. Stay away from Mochi, it is poorly organized and poorly implemented, if you don't like something your stuck with them anyway.

If I could review them with zero stars, I would. Their website states, you can get six months for $399. It implies that this includes the medication. But they do not clearly note on their website that this is a subscription fee to allow you to have access to a physician and any services that you receive before a prescription is written for the medication. Once the prescription is written, then you get charged an additional fee for the medication. The website makes it look like you get the medication the $399.They purposefully, in my opinion, wait over ***************************************************************************************** physician. This is because you can only cancel your subscription to get a refund in the first 24 hours. They do not allow refunds after that timeframe. I placed the "order" on July 3rd which meant I had to cancel by July 4th which was a holiday. I thought they would contact me to schedule the appointment so I waited. I was sent an email on July 7th welcoming me and requesting to set an appointment with the nurse practitioner or physician. The first available date for the appointment was the 8th. I completed the appointment and the medication was prescribed. This is when I was sent an email that they needed more information to process the prescription. Part of the information that they needed was payment of $199 for an one month supply of compounded tirzepatide. You must pay $199 every month to continue getting the medication. And every six months, you have ti pay another subscription fee. I feel this is a "bait and switch " type of marketing. I can't afford to pay for the medication too. So, I have lost my money with no product. Be careful about using this company.

This place does NOT live up to what they tell you. They took $400 & this medication nor company has lived up to its word. They cant keep a pharmaceutical company in place. I started back in march & WHEN I started is when all h*** broke loose. They claim to be a 24/7 business; that they will respond w/in that time. They dont/did not. My NP was ***** *********, after initially speaking with him, id try to reach out to him periodically to no avail. After a while of trying to reach him, I later found out from another representative he was no longer employed there. No one informed me of this. I got my initial medication weeks after starting due to them changing pharmacies. When Id send messages to any of the ***** my responses would come days later, sometimes Im having to send out 2-3 before getting a response. One of the **** even told me that the compound medication was not explained to me. I was paying for a subscription but, NOT able to reach one of those 24/7 rep whenever Id message so, I had no one to speak to for awhile before finding out ***** was no longer there. Later, he did reach out( I dont know how since he was no longer an employee there). Ive spoken to **** later when I call in (3-4 times now) and have asked to speak to a supervisor, they say one will call you back. Never once have i received a call back. I finally spoke to ****** 7/8, requested a transcript of all the messages between ******************************* & to he transferred to a supervisor. Not once did ****** mention he was a supervisor until I asked to be transferred to one. Ive gotten the run around since I started with this company from receiving my medication to correspondence. The medication did not work AT ALL and I told ***** via the phone that I know what strength I needed to start with because Ive taken it before; he argued with me until I was taking the lowest dosage which I knew wasnt going to work; they just wanted more money. They took money I dont/did not. There more
